ExpressRMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) offers customers that choose the Insurance with ExpressRMA option faster RMA processing and more options in the rare case something goes wrong with the products you've ordered.

30 Days Worry-Free Coverage***

With ExpressRMA you get 30 days (from the time an order is shipped) of worry free coverage, with as few hassles as possible in the case that something doesn't work.

Faster RMA Service!

We immediately replace any single defective item** covered by ExpressRMA with a replacement straight from our extensive inventory. That means you don't have to wait for a manufacturer to to repair or replace, or regular RMA processing to test and process your RMA request.

ExpressRMA Instant Replacement!

For even faster service, customers who have purchased the Insurance with ExpressRMA option have another ExpressRMA option to choose from. Simply contact the RMA department at 1-877-624-9777 (Option 2) and request a cross shipment - we process and ship your new order for the replacement product immediately. When we receive the RMA'ed item back from you we will immediately credit/refund back the second item.

NOTE: ExpressRMA service does not include coverage on dead pixels on LCD monitors, projectors, televisions or notebook computers. Please purchase additional coverage Express Coverage for LCDs for additional coverage. Only DOA (will not power on) products in those categories will be covered with ExpressRMA.

Terms & Conditions
* If stock is not immediately available to replace an item, we will either recommend an equivalent product or offer a full refund, at our discretion.

** Multiple items and assembled systems undergo in house testing to isolate defective parts or incompatibilities. Defective parts will be replaced from our inventory and shipped back with any non-defective parts.

*** Items with warranties shorter than 30 days will only be covered under ExpressRMA for the same period. Special order items with only 15 days of coverage from NCIX will continue to be covered for a 15 day period under ExpressRMA.
