Computer Assembler - Richmond, BC

As a result, we are looking for a results-oriented Computer Assembler who will perform system integration and assembly to meet customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have related experience working in a production team and with ESD-safe procedures and environments. Responsibilities

  • Perform PC system integration and assembly
  • Handle and assemble small parts and cables
  • Meet production schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality
  • Work closely with production team to ensure assembly and product quality
  • Inspect computer systems from final assembly line before packing
  • Support other production duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Must have hands-on PC building experience and PC repair background
  • Knowledge of using hand power tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Should be able to work mandatory overtime if required; must be flexible to work to task completion beyond normal business hours
  • High school or equivalency required. College degree in related field preferred.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, lift, kneel, and bend and use hand power tools equipment. Furthermore, the employee is required to exert up to 50 lbs. of force repetitively to move objects.

Specific Duties

  • Ensure all products on sales floor are stocked and replenished
  • Implementation of special projects
  • Maximize presentation by stocking, facing, and pricing products
  • Loads merchandise in customer's vehicle
  • Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, and other forms of payment
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change
  • Greets customers as they enter the store
  • Directs customers to appropriate sales associates or service technicians
  • Assists with general store activities as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to change with a sense of urgency

Mobile Phone Sales Rep for Bell Authorized Dealer - Richmond, Burnaby BC

NCIX is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and tech-savvy Mobile Phone sales representative for a Bell Authorized Dealer location who can address customer needs in a cordial manner and benefit company sales.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer's questions and needs with a friendly and patient disposition
  • Retrieve products for customers in backroom
  • Use internal system to check product details and availability for customers
  • Move stock between the showroom and backroom and maintain showroom stock in a presentable fashion to ensure a organized, professional store image
  • Ensuring that the overall customer experience is optimal, such that customers will return to NCIX

Qualifications

  • Strong product knowledge relating to the latest in mobile devices to accurately and efficiently address customer questions and needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with a team of sales associates and a wide range of customers
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and satisfy customer needs
  • Work experience at a Bell, Virgin, Rogers, Fido or Telus Authorized Dealer is preferred
  • 2 years' relevant sales experience is preferred.
