I bought this to use with a headphone that didn't have a mic. I find the cable for this mic to be way too long. It would be better if it was about half the length and was thicker for durability.

First of all, I bought this unit from elsewhere. I just don't understand why NCIX is selling this for $12.99 while there're other retailers offering it for less than $5. I posted a question about the price and NCIX erased my post.

For the price, this microphone is very much worth its value. The sound produced is of high quality, and it is possible to use it with speakers without having the ears of the people you're talking to suffer from speaker feedback. Being a headset replacement mic, it is difficult to place in most places, but that's nothing a little bit of tape can't fix.

It works great! After price matching this mic for $4.68. It's the best solution if you want to use your speakers other than a headset or replacing a broken mic on your headset. It attach very well to anywhere since its so small.

I picked this up for in-game talking and conversations and it works great. my friends can hear me fine when it is sitting on my desk.it can also clip onto headpone cords or your shirt. a great little mic

This is a great little clip-on mic that's small and very clear. Pefect for chatting in online games. It's a nice compliment to headphones without a built in mic. Works great with my Sennheiser HD555 cans. Only thing I noticed is that the clip only works on thick cable like on the headphone. Won't work on thin wire or clothing.
