Pros
Price. Not bad quality.
Cons
None so far.
Summary
For the price you really can't go wrong for budget builds. It holds up and with experience in dealing with many manufacturers they all have some good and not so good points.

Pros
Runs very quiet
Cons
only 350W
Summary
So far it has been running very quietly, even when playing games. Using a gtx 750 ti which is low power however. Can't comment on the sound or performance under demanding conditions. Since it's only 350w, I would probably need to replace this if I wanted to upgrade. Perfectly fine for a simple or low-power build.

Summary
It is a cheap PSU that covers your basic needs

Pros
- Dirt cheap
- Rated for continuous power, unlike most PSUs at this price range
- Manufactured by FSP, a reputable PSU manufacturer
- Feels decent quality, has a decent weight to it
- Includes mounting screws, including a spare one
- 23A total on +12V rail, adequate for a 350W PSU
- 3 SATA connectors (NOT 1)
- One SATA connector is on a separate cable
- Quiet
- Eco-friendly packaging - Always nice to see
Cons
- Designed for top-mounted PSU; cables are short and will cause problems with bottom-mounted PSU
- ATX 2.01 standard, which is a bit old by now
- No active PCF and low efficiency
- 80mm fan, which is usually noisier than 120mm fan
- No cable sleeving (expected for the low price)
- Some wires are rather thin, but all the wires that actually carry power are thicker
- 1 year warranty according to the box - Antec's website says 2 years...
Summary
I do computer repairs in my free time and I bought this Antec BP350 to replace a dead power supply in a client's computer. The client didn't want to spend too much money, but I didn't want to give junk either. This PSU is cheap, but has decent quality and reliability. It delivers it rated power, won't risk damaging your components and deliver stable power. For a mainstream computer without a GPU or with a low-end one, this is a very good buy.

I planned on buying this PSU a few times before, but seeing how the specifications on both Antec's website and retailer's product page says the PSU has only one SATA connector, I stayed away from it - even the most basic computer usually need two. But since my client's computer had one SATA Hard drive and one IDE DVD burner (which uses Molex), I decided to give the PSU a try. I was pleasantly surprised to see it has actually 3 SATA connectors. It's not a lot, but for a mainstream computer, which typically has a DVD burner and a hard drive, this is enough. Basiq. There are 2 SATA connectors on one cable, and the other is on a separate cable with a Molex and a FDD connector, which allows to easily connect both an optical drive on top and HDDs on the bottom. Well designed.

The PSU has a generic look to it and doesn't have anything special (hence the "Basiq" name), but I'm glad Antec cut corners in the look and features of the PSU instead of the internals. Antec was still kind enough to include a spare screw to mount the PSU (so it came with 5 screws). The power cable is also included (some PSUs doesn't include the power cable, such as the Antec EarthWatts 380W). It doesn't have an active PFC, let alone an 80 PLUS certification, but for such a low power PSU/PC, the savings in electricity are just too marginal to justify the extra costs. The PSU cables are a bit short (designed for a mainstream system, which usually has top mounted PSU) and are no sleeved, but that was expected for the price. Some wires are on the thin side, but at least all cables that carry the actual power are thicker, 18AWG I believe, which is fine. The test/monitoring wires don't really need to be thick anyway. The PSU is manufactured by FSP, which is a well known PSU manufacturer. Surely much better than any of the HEC/Compucase junk, that cheapo PSUs typically use.

Some people says the PSU is noisy, I must disagree. These people definitely got a unit with a defective fan. The unit I received was quiet, I needed to bring my ear close to the fan to actually ear it. It's definitely quieter than the Intel stock CPU fan (which is probably what you will be using if you're using this PSU, otherwise you might want to review your priorities...).

On the flip side, the PSU uses ATX 2.01 standard, which is an older specification, but at least it's not too far from the current ATX 2.31 - Many other PSUs in the same price range are ATX 1.3 units with upgraded connectors, which favors the +3.3V and +5V instead of the +12V, the most power-hungry rail in today's computers. The BP350 can deliver a combined total of 23A on the +12V rails, which means the +12V alone can deliver up to 276W. This is adequate for a mainstream 350W PSU. Oh, the PSU is rated for continuous power and not peak power.

The PSU worked fine on the first boot. Ran Prime 95 for an hour just to make sure it can handle a bit of stress - no problem. Than fan didn't get noisy during the stress test. The PC probably it was in probably use around 200W thought(Core 2 Duo, no dedicated GPU, one HDD, a card reader and a DVD burner).

This PSU is by no mean for a high-end or gaming PC (although it probably can run a GTX 750ti without problem), this is a 350W unit, and it makes sense that it doesn't come with a PCIe power connector - it's a 350W unit after all.

One thing I didn't like is that I bought this PSU expecting a 2 years warranty, as it's what's written on Antec's website and on pretty much every retailers. However, the box says 1 year warranty... I only figured this out after giving the computer back to the client, with 2 years warranty written on the receipt... Minus one star for false advertising, or lack of update  to their product page, which is quite unprofessional wither way.

Overall, if you want to build a mainstream PC for everyday web browsing, or to replace a dead PSU in a mainstream or OEM PC, this PSU is a good buy. It's cheap, simple but it gets the job done, and won't risk damaging your components. In fact, this is the lowest end PSU I would use. I will certainly buy the PSU again for computer repairs or for budget mainstream builds. Great value.

Pros
Good budget PS.
Cons
Cables a bit short.
Summary
Bought it to replace a dead PS, and yes the cables are a bit short, but I happen to have a couple of extensions lying around so the problem is solved without much ado.
Voltages are pretty good and stable, Don't know how long those basic PS will last but I'm happy for now.

Summary
This is simply a budget PSU. You get what you pay for. The cables in this PSU are short! If you are planning to put this in a bottom mount PSU case, make sure you can reach to your mobo connectors!

Experience: 2 Years
Pros
- Good Price
Cons
- Mine died 2 1/2 years later
Summary
Lasted me about 2 and an half years before I smelt something burning and discovered that that was the end of this PSU.

Oh well, $35 (what I paid back then as well) for 2 1/2 years can't be too bad I guess, although I really hope it didn't take the rest of my PC with it...

I was supposed to give this 2/5 but I didn't remember my order ID.
