It needs 2 6 pin power supply plugs inserted in the top back of the card. You will need a really LARGE computer case with a healthy power supply. I'm using 650 watts, and it works fine. FPS rates using FutureMark Benchmark compared to my old BFG 8800 GT OC are twice as fast. Windows is noticibly faster too.

I am upgrading from a 7900GS so this was a big step for me. This thing is perfectly suited for my needs. I like to game but I don't want to spend $400 for a video card. This card was $199 when I bought it so overall a great deal. It scores 1100 and over in 3d Mark Vantage on Vista 64 SP2 at stock speeds. The few games I have loaded up with this card look spectacular.

Great video card i upgraded from an 8600GTS to this GTX275 and i love it! I stress tested it on almost anything, and i've even put everything on high and it wont even twitch at it, it still produces powerful graphics. Only down side is it has no tv output, but thats alright im going to get the XFX GTX 275 on boxing day and go sli with it. (XFX version has the tv output)

Overall I'm happy with the purchase when it was on sale for $229, some games it perform beautifully with all eye candy turned on and at XHD res. In others like NBA 2K9 and GTA IV it performed noticeably worst than a GTX 280 (my old card) which surprised me because reviews said at XHD resolution the 275 is supposed to beat out 280 due to the higher clocks. I guess the decrease VRAM do make a difference, but overall it runs most games very well at 40-60fps on max settings at 2560 x 1600 (20-24 in crysis warhead). Obviously SLI them for an even better experience, I will try to pick a 2nd one up if NCIX puts them on sale again!

Awesome card for the money. Cheaper than the rest of the GTX275s out there but I think it's just the same anyway. The lifetime warranty is great!

Got the card on sale with the idea to run SLI. The card is great and runs 10C cooler than my PNY. SLI was so easy to setup. Didn't try to overclock yet.

Overall a good card when bought on suprise sale for $199, I would not pay more for it if you are coming from the previous generation of cards. BFG offers a lifetime warranty which is always nice to have, if you think your card will be of use for more then 2 years.

Got it on sale for the above price, and it was well worth it! Too busy to do detailed benchmarks but I can now turn on all settings without worrying about slowdowns! Rated in HardwareCanucks.com as the best valued GTX275.
