using this to connect my ps3 to the amp for headphones, takes sometime to fit the connector but after that the sound is amazing! no more rca cables for me

I expected lower quality for a value-brand, but I didn't think they could be this poor. The plugs are so badly formed that they don't always fit into the optical jack. I had to fiddle and force them in, and they often pop out if a slight breeze flows through the room, or sometimes for no reason at all. The cable is also extremely thin and flimsy and doesn't flex well like higher quality cables so it will pop out when you move or touch it. I would have returned them, but it wasn't worth shipping them back. Next time I'll pay a few dollars more for another brand.

I had no issues using this cable to connect the optical out from a motherboard (MA770-UD3) to a home theatre receiver (Denon). I can't comment on the quality as I'm only using stereo sound and obviously I'm well within any bandwidth limit.
This is one of the ONLY optical cables that would stay in my Rampage III Formula. The stupid backplate is made with a type of foam pad (don't understand why) and causes most optical heads to get pushed out. This one has a small head and fits.

Bought 2 cables looking to hook up my HTPC and TV to my receiver. The connector heads are so loose. It's not like my stuff's problem (Samsung HDTV, Pioneer reciever, Asus Mobo HTPC). I had to return them with restocking fee. BAD.
