Pros

Excellent speed. Low price. Potential to unlock more cores.
Cons
No issues have been encountered.
Summary
I have purchased this CPU in the past, for another computer. This is now my second one. It runs amazingly great. For the insane low price that it sells for, this CPU is well worth the money. I could have dropped $2000 into a computer 4-5 years ago and it still wouldn't have been as fast as a computer with this CPU and some other mid-tier parts.

Pros

unlockable cores, unlocked multiplier, fun for tweakers
Cons
unlocking cores can be buggy and not guaranteed, price
Summary
I bought this to test a motherboard and to mess around with core unlocking. Mine unlocked, but one of the cores needed extra voltage to get stable. YMMV.

Pretty fun chip for any tweakers looking for a challenge.

Pros

SOLID cpu, great life span.
Only unlockable to a triple core, however runs stable at 4.0GHz with a H70, so not really a downside.
Cons
None, cpu has gone above and beyond, and done more than expected from it.
Summary
I use this rig for gaming, and when paired with a XFX 5850HD, plays every game I've thrown at it, in more than respectable quality at 1920x1080.
Bad Company 2 a game that gets bottle necked by the cpu runs with all settings on High, 4xAA, with a single (albeit overclocked) 5850 at an average of 70-80 fps. (Dx11)
Left 4 Dead 2 8xAA at 240+ fps
Crysis 2 4xAA at 45-50 fps
Dragon Age 2 4xAA 70fps (In Dx11)
Brink AA Enable 80+fps
Fable 3 4xAA 50-60 fps
Witcher 2 4xAA 30-40 fps (A behemoth of a game)

There is not a single game I have thrown at this chip that it has not done much better than it should have.

Will be upgrading to bulldozer for Battlefield 3. However, chip has done more than can be asked, and still shines.

Now at less than $100? Great for entry level system, or someone who wants a chip with a TON of headroom that wont bleed your wallet dry.

price quality, performance
Cons
none at all
Summary

Pros

Cheap and a good performer in its basic from. Becomes a steal if you are able to unlock it, which I did, and OC it a bit.
Cons
None
Summary
This is a very nice CPU even if you can't unlock it. A thing to remember though, don't be disappointed if you can get 4 cores working, it's the luck of the draw. Unlocked on all four and OC'ed at 3.8, it becomes a little power house. With the 955 dropping in price and a Bulldozer on the horizon, it might be less of a deal but still a good CPU.

Pros

Loads of Cache
Cons
none
Summary
Great for overclocking, can be unlocked if you're lucky. Overall, this is a great processor for performance.

Pros

Lucky 4 cores unlock.
Cons
none
Summary
Got to be lucky and unlock 4 cores, small 15% fsb overclock at 3.6 ghz and running a cool 35 C on Noctua low profil.

Pros

Good speed and overclockability.
Cons
Price on NCIX is not competitive.
Summary
I could not unlock the 2 cores on first try, but have not tried each separately. I will try overclocking in the future, but temps look good on aftermarket cooler.

Pros

6mb of L3 cache set it apart from other dual core AMD processors. Will unlock to a quad if you have the right hardware and are lucky.
Cons
None.
Summary
Great bang for the buck processor. Unlocked multiplier allows for more freedom in overclocking.

Pros

Great value.
High overclocking potential
Cons
I could only unlock 1 extra core
Summary
I was hoping to unlock both extra cores, but I did unlock 1.
With a OCZ Vendetta 2 heatsink on I'm running this as a 3 core c 4ghz. Temps in the mid thirties while gaming.
Benchmarking this against my Athlon II 965 with 3dmark Vantage has less than 100 point spread.
I'm very pleased with this for only $89.99 on sale.
