For the price, you can't go wrong. Especially for a cheap build. Definitely would recommend if you're simply looking for basic, cheap RAM. Kingston isn't a half bad brand.

Kingston ValueRAM is my go-to RAM for any office machine or server. It's inexpensive, does not tend to exhibit funky compatibility problems, and I've yet to encounter any defective sticks despite installing a few hundred of them over the last two years.
Due to me pairing with Celeron it can only run at 1066, but it runs at 1.6v and at CL7. This pc was initially used as an HTPC for my friend. Today I got it back, because he got wd live tv or some such thing, and I just noticed the settings for voltage and CL. However the memory ran very well during playback of HD videos and is doing good now. I am thinking of getting another stick.
