Efficient typists don't look at their keyboards. So why do others insist on labeling the keys? Turns out you'll type faster than you ever dreamed on one of these blank babies. And that's not to mention its powers of intimidation. Sometimes less really is more.

Pros
MX Blue is very pleasing, nice clicky sound, convenient USB hub
Cons
Internal mechanism of long keys, gloss finish wears easily, fixed cable
Summary
This is a very pleasing keyboard to use. I bought it after having tried my friend's one and I'm still convinced by this product. The integrated 2-port USB hub is very convenient also.
However, I also bought a Ducky DK9008G2 Pro and here's why I prefer the latter:
* heavier
* detachable cable (which is mini-USB at the keyboard end)
* 4 shortcut keys
* lock keys lights integrated under keys (so no keyboard surface lost for individual lights)
* matte finish makes it always less dirty than the Das gloss finish
I also replaced lots of keys (for colors and materials, not because they were broken) on both keyboards and can confirm the internal mechanism for long keys on the Ducky is way better than the Das'. On the Das, you have to deal with the long metal bars (like pretty much all keyboards). With the Ducky, they are hidden underneath the plastic, making long keys are so easy to replace.
Overall this is a great product anyway which I use and will continue to use daily until something goes wrong (which I might even not experience).

Pros
Great for typing, looks great, NKRO
Cons
takes a while to get used to, glossy plastic
Summary
Blue Cherry switches feel great for typing. Some say it's not the best for gaming but I don't have a problem with it.
Glossy plastic is a bit annoying, which requires constant wiping with the provided cloth. Not a big problem.

Pros
Solid, elegant, no-nonsense. Blank keycaps. Built to last.
Cons
USB2.0 ports instead of 3. No wrist rest. Probably less resistant to liquids? (not that you were going to spill anything on a hundred dollar keyboard, right?)
Summary
This is a keyboard and not food, but I can't help but use the word "delicious" to describe  it; it looks elegant and belongs on anybody's desk, from the keyboard-obsessed nerd to the dressed-to-impress new.com entrepreneur (anyone who looks more closely will realize from the blank keycaps that you're going to be the next Bond super villain).

Not convinced? A keyboard like this will outlast your next three, four, five computers. It's an investment. Just head into a store and take it for a spin first -- typing is a personal matter, and it may just not be for everyone.

Unless you're a super villain.

Pros
Fast typing, amazing click sound, solid build construction, simple but quality design, powered usb hub
Cons
none
Summary
Before I bought this, I read the SAME reviews you're reading right now and thought, "Hmm, I wonder if its actually as awesome as everyone makes out it out to be?"

It is that awesome-- typing with this is pure sex. Sometimes I just type for the sake of it.

It has a solid build construction and has enough weight to it to have no chance of sliding around on you.

This makes writing papers for school slightly more enjoyable.

Pros
everything.
Cons
no media keys but if you know how to get some software, you can assign media keys.
Summary
I bought a logitech G110 at first since it had so many programmable keys. BOY was that a waste of money.

Linus, from NCIX, always said in his youtube videos that getting a mechanical keyboard is better and will increase the speed you type; guess what, he's 100% correct.

My typing literally went up from 73 wpm to upwards of 90 wpm. The tactile feel is top notch and the build is extremely solid.

I've used this for over two months now, and there have been a bit of smoothing over of the keys that are used the most often, but there wasn't much of a surface to begin with; and the functionality remains phenomenal.

One other thing I had an issue with when I first received it was the highly glossy finish the keyboard has, but if you think about it it's a great contrast to the matt finish that the keys have.

Lastly, if you're wondering between Silent/ Clicky and Professional / Ultimate? Get the clicky ultimate, trust me. No more noobs are going to use your computer and the tactile feel should be the main reason you even started getting mechanical keyboards in the first place.

I have had this keyboard for about 6 months so far and there is nothing wrong with it. i absolutely love the feel of the keys and my dogs made it fall at least 15 times off the arm of my couch where it is usually resting and the thing still in perfect condition.. best keyboard i have ever owned, period.

Pros
Going from Cherry MX Reds to these Blues is a huge boost to my ability to type comfortably. MX Blues are awesome to type on, so clicky, so satisfying.

The blank key caps look amazing for those of us looking for minimalism in the look of our keyboard. All black, nice and sleek.

The grip of the rubber feet is excellent, this board doesn't want to budge. (Unless you kick up the risers, in which case it does slide, unfortunately.)

The piano black gloss finish looks amazing in dimly lit rooms (like mine).
Cons
The piano black gloss finish shows its flaws in well lit rooms! XD

Summary
I decided after playing with a Corsair K90 since it's release that I wanted to dive into the 'big boys' mechanical keyboard fray, and try out the blue switches for the first time. Best decision ever.

I have automatically become a better typist. It just happened. Which is part of the reason why I picked up the blank keys (besides the amazing looks). I've always been a stumbler, but as I type this now on my new das I am not missing a beat. The tactile feed back of the blues really are as comfortable, satisfying and helpful as they say.

I have done some light gaming in the few days that I've had this board, and I really haven't felt like I've taken a step down in responsiveness or the ability to repeatedly press a key in rapid succession. My gaming experience hasn't changed at all since moving from the Reds of the Corsair K90.

All in all, I still love my K90. It was a cute little fling we had, and I'll never forget it... But I have to say I'll be going the rest of the way with my Das.
