I bought this to transmit TV signals from my Rogers PVR to the TV which was located on the opposite side of the room away from the cable outlet. I didn't want to see the unsightly mess of dragging a coax cable around the perimeter of the wall. The Asus Wicast worked perfectly with no noticeable noise in the picture. Transmit distance was probably 20ft. This was an expensive solution to not seeing the coax cable strung around the walls but it was worth it to me. This would also work with any laptop with an HDMI out should I get one of those in the future.

Defective software, video games or DVDs

item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
