Pros
Price, Power, Shader Unlocking
Cons
Cooling, Crossfire
Summary
Purchased two of these cards roughly a month apart to run crossfire. They run as a single unit (not crossfire) exceptionally well and are easily overclocked via Catalyst. I was able to unlock the shaders on one of the cards to see what types of performance I could get out of it and I was quite pleasantly surprised. In terms of bang for the buck... this card provided what I think is the best performance for money ratio.

Powercolor has a fairly exceptional warranty as I've had to RMA one of my cards twice (for different reasons). The first RMA was due to the cooling fans on the top card actually hitting the top of the bottom card while in crossfire configuration. (Read that a few times and it may make sense). The screws on this card are very prominent and cause unforseen difficulties when the fans actually hit full speed especially if your on an older board. Newer boards with more space between PCI-E slots shouldn't have an issue. As a result, I stripped off four fan blades ten seconds after installation.

The second RMA was due to the card I recieved back from Powercolor bluescreening continuously. All in all, in two months time I spent sixty dollars in shipping on a video card I didn't even get to use until almost 3 months after I bought it. Powercolor had promised an upgrade to a 6970 for my issues.... but low and behold I recieved the same card back.

Now, with the space between the cards being what they are it is obvious that this would create  substantial heat issues on my current system. The top card idles at a toasty 50 degree's and hit 79-82 under load. This may be responsible for my second RMA but I can't confirm that as the card did run Battlefield 3 for roughly a day before it died.

For those who want high performance (twin 6950's can smoke most games) stick with the single high end card...it will save headaches.

Pros
A great card, bang for buck
Cons
Stock Cooler fans have barrings that last for 4 months, then start to make rattling noise, can be fixed with a aftermarket cooler though.

The occasional Blue screen if you have it clocked too high.
Summary
I love my 6950 because of the performance and the small cost that I paid for it. I have unlocked it to a 6970 which is another plus of this card. It runs battlefield on High with ultra textures and ultra terrain, I get around 50 too 70 fps.

I would recommend this card to anyone if your looking for a card around 300 dollars!

Pros
does what I need it to do
Cons
none yet
Summary
It's a graphics card, and it lets you play games at decent settings - not much more to say. A little nitpicking from me would be that Powercolor probably used a cooling solution from a more powerful card as I can see that there is empty space for two more heatpipes. It runs cool enough as-is, but that extra space could have been utilized.

Pros
Good Price! Dual fan design, keeps the card run cool.
Cons
It's a lil bit loud.
Summary
Good card for the price. Runs my games on maxed. Bf3 40-60 fps ultra settings. I'm really happy with this card. I really liked the red pcb even if some people saying that red pcb is kinda lame for them but for me it's perfect for my rig, matched with my red cathodes, red fans and mobo with black pcb. Gonna buy again if Im going t have extra money. Im just a student lol.

Pros
Great card for a Mid-Budget rig
Cons
One more Display Ports would have been nice
Summary
This is a great card! Plays Skyrim at nearly max settings with little or no lag at all. It's a great value for an entry level 6900 series card.

Pros
- Fast since it is a 6950
- Does unlock
Cons
- Loud, the loudest 6950 I have used
- very cheap cooling
Summary
You get what you pay for. This 6950 is cheaper than many other models (ie. Sapphire Toxic, MSI Lightning), but the down side is that it has a really cheap cooler. The heatsink only uses 2 heat pipes but it was designed to be used with 4. The two fans on the card have very wide blade which is efficient for pumping air but very noisy.

I use an Antec Mini P180 to house this card. Even with such quiet case, I can still hear the card from 5 feet away. I have replaced it wit h MSI Lightning, and now I can't hear anything unless i put my ear on the case.

Pros
-Fast
-Unlocks to 6970 shaders
-Dual bios switch in case you screw up
-Overclocks well
Cons
-A bit long. Make sure your case can fit it if you've got a small midtower.
Summary
Absolutely fantastic card for the price ($209.99 after rebate).

To the guy above complaining about the miniDP to 'weird hdmi' adapter... well, the problem is that the included adapter is a mini displayport to *full displayport* adapter!
