I bought this unit from NCIX and after 2 days there was a loud hum/buzz coming form the Sub. I wanted to return it but I couldn't because I didn't have the original packaging (My Bad). So, NCIX replaced the sub and receiver for me. After 4 weeks the second unit did the same thing, but louder... I tried all the regular troubleshooting things like new speaker wire and different power source but it continued. My old yamaha was plugged into the same power source for the last 2 years... I Tried to open another ticket with NCIX and they told me to call the manufacturer... Funny that. Anyway, don't buy this bad boy and if you do, Keep the packaging!!!

to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,

printer supplies, paper, projectors (and accessories), appliances,
handhelds, PDAs, notebook computers, special order computers and
special order items.
Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software,
video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
