Pros These push a good amount of air at full power... but... see cons >
Cons LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUD w full power
Summary This product gets 3 stars because of how LOUD they are, exactly like another reviewer stated "they sound like a jet engine" when at full power. I had to plug them into a fan controller just to dial them down to a bearable level.
Overall, they still push air but cannot be the same db level they claim... and having to dial them down with a fan controller means I am not able to gain their full cooling potential.
Pros Inexpensive Comes with 3 pin-Molex Connector Moves a decent amount of air
Cons LOUD! Holy cow....There's no way these can be the DB rating they have. I put 2 of them into my CM690 II case to replace 2 failed Yate Loon's that are rated at a higher DB. These things sound like rocket ships taking off, I had to take them out just after a couple hours of use. I'd have thought it was defective but both fans I have produce the same level of sound.
Summary Moves air decently, but SO loud. Maybe my perception of "loud" is warped but I will never get one of these again.
edit: I've since plugged the fan in while holding it in my hand and it is whisper quiet. As soon as I mount it to the side panel it sounds like a jet engine. =(

Summary Using this fan as an exhaust in the back of my CM690II Advanced case. Its louder than the stock fans but it spins twice as fast at 2000rpm and moves way more air. Was able to price match it down to $5 so is a great deal for a inexpensive, effective fan.
Summary Would purchase again for sure, it was used in my roommates computer as an intake and it helped drop his ambient temps quite nicely. I have 2 of the green LED version, one added to my Hyper 212 Evo as a pull fan and it works awesome, the other is used as intake like my roommate. 4stars
Summary I bought these for a NAS system that I wanted to keep cool. So far I have had no problems with these fans. I price-matched them down to $5 and at that price, it's an awesome deal. They've been running quietly and very effectively.
Cons Screws they came with are silver. It seems that the fans can only be used as exhaust. I tried putting one as intake and noise level was horrible even at 1000RPM. At 2000rpm I was grinding my teeth.
Summary At 200rpm as exhaust I could hear them but it was not bad at all. When I am not using PC for anything resource heavy I turn them down to 100rpm at can barely hear anything. The screws should have been black. But that's a small thing. Otherwise I am pretty happy. I ran a test for 1 hour maxing out CPU and it barely got above 45C with this fans sucking the hot air away. That's the important thing for me.
