I was impressed with the packaging of this drive, which despite not having any moving parts was packed better than most standard hard drives. They also included an adaptor so you can fit this into a 'standard' drive bay.

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject

video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
