Used this when upgrading my friends build to AM3+ platform. For $40 on sale couldn't go wrong, matches his Asus board great. Couldn't get it stable at 1866 without loosening the timings too much for out liking, but no complaints there at is wasn't the rated frequency anyways

Kingston memory is always reliable. I've had trouble with other brands in the past (even G.Skill) but not a single Kingston stick has ever failed me. And if it does, well, they're lifetime warranty! Picked up a couple sets of these during the Boxing Week sale -- one to upgrade my desktop PC and another for my new HTPC build. Great value, especially when on sale.
