Other system builders may only have the option of one memory brand or one video card brand, or they may allow you to special order something else, but we have an enormous variety of products in stock and ready for your system.

-We provide a Windows disc for your chosen operating system and a certificate of authenticity. No recovery CDs. That means you get all the discs that came with your hardware, which makes slipstreaming Windows updates & installing the latest drivers much simpler in the event of a reformat.

-We only install what you order from us. We don't tack on any extra resource-hogging programs to subsidize our builds. We install your OS, any office applications, and system drivers. Your new machine will be ready out of the box and will not require any programs to be uninstalled.

-Besides our 1 year system warranty, we will ship all retail boxes, packaging and accessories with your new computer so that if you need to RMA a product directly to the manufacturer AFTER our warranty period, you will have everything you need. Some components (some hard drives, memory, some video cards) will come with 2-4 years of additional warranty service directly from the manufacturer.

-Our system experts will carefully assemble your PC, then test to ensure that no parts were DOA (dead on arrival) before shipping to you. This can save you hours of frustrating troubleshooting and costly RMA shipping back and forth. Let us make sure everything works before shipping to you.

NCIX PC Limited Warranty

Your NCIX PC comes with a one (1) year, non-transferable limited warranty from the date on your invoice. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your
NCIX PC system.

What is covered by this Limited Warranty?

Any defect in the third party components of your NCIX PC system (any complete computer system assembled at the time of purchase by Netlink Computer Inc. hereafter referred to
as "") that are included in your initial purchase of the system. A defect in workmanship is defined as the improper installation or configuration of components by will either repair or replace (at’s sole discretion) defects in workmanship and materials in your NCIX PC system which arise during the warranty period. If
applicable, will repair or replace the defective hardware or component with new or equivalent parts.

An “equivalent” parts is defined as a component that functions in a comparable manner to the original parts as of the date of purchase, and does not imply or suggest that a
component may be replaced with a superior component. Every effort will be made by to find a replacement component that matches the performance level of the original
component if that exact component is no longer available. However, a “top-of-the-line” component at the time of purchase will not necessarily be replaced with a “top-of-the-line”
component when a warranty claim is submitted.

Where defective hardware has been replaced, the removed defective component becomes the property of Should your NCIX PC system require servicing under the
terms of this Warranty, the hardware repair or parts replacement will not extend the term of this Warranty. will not be responsible for any data loss due to hardware failure nor any costs relating to that loss.  NCIX recommends regular back-ups to avoid data loss.

What is not included under this Limited Warranty?

a) Any defect or damage caused in whole or in part by improper use, abuse, improper handling/installation, maintenance/repair performed by any person other than an service technician. This does not apply to "DIY Servicing" that was carried out by the customer as per instructions from
b) Damage caused by improper maintenance or lack of maintenance such as neglecting to maintain cooling systems or failures caused by dust and dirt.
c) A system that has undergone overclocking will not be covered under this Limited Warranty. Physical damage, lack of performance, loss of data, and collateral
damage resulting to the system as a result of overclocking is not covered under this Limited Warranty.
d) The replacement of parts caused by normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to paint/other finishes, fans, lighting, and watercooling liquid.
e) Any defect or damage to your NCIX PC system attributable to unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, and damage caused by power surge, or
connection to an improper power source.
f) Any damage caused by natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or terrorism.

NCIX PC’s as described in this Limited Warranty are integrated by The respective components of the NCIX PC may possess their own warranties and certifications.
Warranties on individual components may extend beyond the length of this Limited Warranty. Please ask your Sales Representative for more details.

Be advised that your computer may be reformatted in order to restore your system to its original performance. will not be responsible for any loss of data
while your computer is serviced under this Limited Warranty. Please back up all data prior to the Warranty service. will not be responsible for any confiden-
tial, proprietary and personal information stored on your computer. Please remove all such information prior to the
Warranty service.

Third Party Software and Peripherals Products

This NCIX PC system one limited year warranty does not extend to software and peripherals (including monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, printers, scanners, cameras, webcams,
mouse pads, projectors, headphones, headsets) as these are covered by's standard warranty policy.

System Software Discs guarantees the software discs included with your system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the
date you receive them. This limited warranty is void if any disc damage has resulted from improper use or modification. does not warrant that the functionality of the software will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be error-free. If your software selection was assisted by an representative, the recommendations made to you do not affect this limited warranty. You assume responsibility for selecting appropriate software to achieve your
intended results.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service for your NCIX PC system, please contact our technical support department at .

Technical support will determine if it is necessary to ship the system to us by following our troubleshooting procedures. It is possible that even in the case of defective hardware that
it will not be necessary to ship the system back to us for repairs. may, at its sole discretion, choose instead to issue an RMA for a new or refurbished customer-installable
replacement product or parts to enable you to service or exchange your own product ("DIY Servicing").

When we determine that your system needs to be returned to us, we will issue an RMA number which you can use to track the status of your repair. is not responsible for
shipments that arrive without an RMA number clearly labelled on the box. You must return the system to us in its original or equivalent packaging, under prepaid shipping terms
(unless otherwise authorized by an program or representative), and fully insure the shipment or accept the full risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. will pay to ship the repaired or replaced product back to you if you use an address within Canada. Otherwise, will ship the product to you using collect freight.

Extent of’s Liability Under this Limited Warranty shall be allowed a reasonable length of time to repair or replace or otherwise correct defective hardware once has been notified of a Warranty related problem
and the system or component is in’s possession.

In the event that is not able to resolve the problem,’s liability is limited to the replacement hardware or, at’s sole discretion, a refund of the original
purchase price. will not be liable beyond the remedies provided for in this Limited Warrantyor for any direct, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including without limitation, loss
of use, loss of revenue, loss of data, damage to or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused. may not be able to repair any
product under this Limited Warranty or make a product exchange without risk to or loss of programs or data. will not be liable for any costs incurred or compensation for
loss of usage while the system or component is in's possession. In no event shall’s liability exceed the purchase price of the system or product(s).

Return Policy

During the one year system limited warranty there is no limit to the number of times we will service your computer system as covered by our warranty terms, but due to the
highly-custom and built-to-order nature of NCIX PC systems, we are unable to accept returns for refund on our complete computer systems.

Individual components from within the computer system may be exchanged or returned for credit or refund less shipping and any applicable restocking fees as per's standard return policy on that particular item.
This Limited Warranty Policy is subject to change by NCIX Netlink Computer Inc. at anytime without notice. All changes will not be retroactive, and will apply to new
purchases only.

It's all good!
Great communication with the tech who was assigned to my build. All questions answered promptly.

Thought about building my own and knew I could, but decided to have it done so everything was complete and tested. Wouldn't have to deal with RMA's if a single component was bad etc. Picked my own parts.Took a little over a week (ordered boxing day) Have had my build for about 5 months and still Rock solid. For two years, It's working with no problem at least...
Cons - Cable managing a mess
- Liquid Cooler installation by force, screw broken. Poor thermal paste applied, although I added the thermal paste upgrade option for... hmm $0.15 I think.
- One of the front fan went missing, or should I say... got stolen?


Ok.. I purchased the computer at 2014.. When it is shipped to me, I found that there is NO cable management AT ALL! All the cables are twisted at the back and the side panel is inserted in BY FORCE! The side panel of the case, as a result, is curved out. I spent 2 hours organizing the cables myself after the purchase.. Ridiculous...

Well, at least I got the liquid cooler installed all right, I thought, so I didn't complain... If I didn't upgrade my PC over the past three months, I would never know...

The Asrock extreme MB died after one year of usage. Just one or two month over one year and I don't have warranty.. And I still didn't complain.. I went purchase a new MB, and when I installed the cpu cooler, I start noticing how terrible their work is. First, the liquid cooler fan... The screws are screwed in too much, that both the screw thread and liquid cooler screw thread become flat. I suspect that they use automatic screw driver. I can't imagine someone use so much force with a hand screw driver that flatten the screw thread. In fact, 2 out of 4 screw threads became totally flat, with another one half flat, and the liquid cooler is basically hanging there over the last 2 years! Well.. Sure.. it is only 50 dollars assembly fee, how good do you expect their works be, thus, still, I didn't complain... 2nd, I ordered the non-stock thermal paste for $0.15 I think, but I found that the quality of the thermal paste is really bad.... I think they use the stock thermal paste anyway.. Sure.. I told myself.. It's just 0.15 dollars, who cares... I applied the thermal paste I purchased, and the CPU temperature is dropped further by ~10 degrees no load, and >5 degrees loaded.

Finally. this is the last straw that finally made me really really sad and decide to write a review. I purchased a computer case yesterday and start rebuilding the computer. When I pop out the front panel of the old case, I found that one 12mm fan went missing in the two-fan filter!! Originally I thought the case only have one fan, until I popped the front panel yesterday and found that there are suppose to have 2 fans!! How could you be so cheap? So cheap to take a 12mm fan away??? Beyond my imagination,

But I am generous. I am so generous that I even give you a 3 star. See, I seldom give 3 star reviews. I always give 5/5. I doubt anyone else will do the same.

Here's what I think. If you have the experience to assemble a computer, never, never went lazy n left your 3000 dollar pc parts to them... No.. Never Ever, Ever, Ever, Ever!! Maybe the guy who assembly my pc was a noob, but based on my experience, their work is at satisfactory level at most. If you have absolutely no idea how to assemble a computer and don't want do future upgrades and don't care about messy cables/ curved out side panel and a few degrees higher cpu temperature including one stolen 12mm fan, pay them 50 dollars and get a poor quality computer. Else, you'd better spend 3 hours during the weekend and spend those 50 dollars elsewhere.

You get the warranty and peace of mind in case something goes wrong and avoid having to deal with RMA's if a part arrives DOA from the OEM. You get the system ready to roll right out of the box when you get home with it. System was well assembled and cabling was neatly placed. I got back all my parts boxes, manuals, disks etc.
Cons Having to wait 4-5 days (mostly waiting in queue to be built). I was pacing around like when my wife gave not really but if you've been there you know what I mean. I wish they would describe up-front in the description what testing they do once PC is assembled.


Store was kind to send me updates whenever I asked on where I was in the queue and they delivered my system on time as per forecast. Being an engineer, I would have enjoyed putting together my own rig but I think the warranty is worth the $50 and a bit of a wait. They took the time to show me my system on the bench with everything working perfectly before packaging it all up for me to take away. Technician also answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable.
