QuickBooks Premier Contractor 2013 for Windows
from Intuit, available via electronic download, is a bookkeeping
application for Windows, specifically suited for the needs of
contractors. It allows you to keep your business organized so that you
can streamline your workflow and save money. For instance, you can
organize your job costs by vendor, create an estimate of how much a job
will cost, track the actual costs versus the estimate, analyze a job's
profitability, bill clients progressively by different criteria, track
non-job related expenses, and more.
QuickBooks Premier Contractor's inventory center allows you to see all
your inventory-related tasks, reports or notes in one place. Similarly,
in calendar view, you can get an at-a-glance listing of invoices,
billing, past transactions, and more. The document center allows you to
save all pertinent documents related to invoices or customers, thereby
saving you time when you need to file taxes. For sales, you can keep
track of leads in the lead center and quickly move the information to
the customer center when that lead becomes a customer.
As a means of working faster, this version of
QuickBooks Premier Contractor lets you process invoices and time sheets
in batches. In addition, as a great way to improve your workflow or
figure out how to create new kinds of reports when you need to expand,
you can now download and use QuickBooks report templates made by other
users in the industry.
Contractor lets you manage customer, vendor and employee data, allowing
you to organize your contacts with ease. It also allows you to create
invoices and scan checks. With this software, you can organize your
finances in one place, making it easy to prepare for tax time.
