I purchased this to replace a dying 19" CRT monitor. Unfortunately I received 2 monitors with dead pixels prior to receiving the one with one bright pixel which I decided to keep. I am very impressed with the image quality and sharpness this monitor delivers and I really like the magictune software as well as magicrotate. I find it cool how you can actually have it hooked up to two different computers via the inputs (VGA and DVI) and hold down the (fake) power button for a couple seconds to switch between them -- if you really want to do this effectively you're probably better off getting a KVM. Either way, if you get a good one without dead any dead pixels, you'll probably be just as happy with the 173P+ as I am! Highly recommended

I busted open the box on this baby, like a present on Christmas Morning. OMG!! This thing looked sweet!! I quickly fired it up, to see sharpness I had never seen on an LCD before. Being a Gamer and tossing one LCD to my wife due to Ghosting, I quickly started up UT 2004. WoW !! The picture had such depth, it made you feel like you were really in the game. After a few games, I was proud to notice no Ghosting at all. UT, Far Cry, CS and Fear all looked good and ran great!! I recently added more enjoyment to this monitor by connecting my Xbox 360 to it, through the VGA port. Both inputs are filled now, the Xbox through VGA and the Computer through DVI.......

A truly excellent monitor, you can turn the monitor to almost any angle, and better yet, view it from them. There is absolutely no ghosting in Call of Duty 2, and it truly shines in color accuracy. For the quality of this monitor, the price is exceptional, definately something I'd recommend to anyone.

There is no LCD that can touch this. It uses a PVA panel that might seem slower then other TN panels but colours are not even in the same league.

I bought two of these beauties a couple days ago, as usual NCIX delivered them within two days of ordering. They come with a cool wall-mount bracket that someone might find usefull. At first I was impressed with the overall build quality, the monitor stand is fluid-like in its movement and allows you to position the monitor in virtually any manner. I turned the monitors on for the first time and noticed that the power buttons are not actually buttons but sensors and they activate with a cool little 'beep'. I am impressed and beyond satisfied with the image quality for an LCD monitor, the colors are vibrant and there is no grain in images at all. Ghosting is so minimal it's almost non-existant. I played Quake 4 and it looked awesome, watched a bit of a DVD also with results that exceeded my expectations. Excellent monitor, excellent price.
