overall a excellent monitor, image quality is really good, in my opinion even better than the Viewsonic VA1912WB. The only thing that I didn't like is the fact that the DVI version of this monitor costs 20$ more (at regular price) or (10$ more at special price). I think all LCDs should have DVIs by now considering that HDMI is already on the horizon as the D-sub will be phased out soon.

I picked one of these up for my wife to replace an aging 17" CRT. What a huge difference! 8ms refresh is perfect for movies etc and I really like the "auto-config" option - saves me having to make adjustments on her behalf.

This was the cheapest 19" monitor I could find on the web any where. It beat the other starting prices - after tax and shipping. Now normally that would imply that its cheap and low quality but Acer is a name brand that I trust and ncix offers a Zero Dead Pixel warranty for 30 days on it so I was confident in the order.

This monitor is excellent as a second monitor, or a laptop monitor. Too bad it doesn't rotate, which would be really good for surfing. My monitor was received without any dead pixles. The response time is good, Adjustable height and dvi connection would also be useful.
