Needed this to hook up to an old Boston sound system. Driver supports for Windows 7 was buggy but hopefully they will fix it. Decent sound card for price.

My onboard sound was crackling and generally poor. This is a $30 solution that satisfies. Nothing too special, but you're not paying for special at this price range.

I've been using onboard sound for a while now, and given how cheap this card is now it made sense to grab one while I was upgrading other parts.

This is an entry-level soundcard. Nothing fancy, but then again, I'm not an audiophile. It's worth the $30 I paid for it, and I can listen to music easy enough. Painless installation.

I bought this to replace my motherboard's crappy onboard sound. It's a basic card, but offers solid performance. Sounds great so far and the drivers installed easily on XP. I'm very pleased.

Good for a cheap card to improve on motherboard sound. Creative is bad for driver support though, so I don't recommend them as a company.

I've had this card for a while. It's good and cheap now. I run it on default winXP drivers since the one from creative are crappy. It runs perfect and onboard acceleration works great. I havent made the leap to Vista yet, but i heard the drivers were plain bad.

The only reason I bought this was so I could have a movie playing on one screen with sound, and use this card for my video games on another screen. Works great.
