This is a second case from Thermaltake I've reviewed and tested. Albeit same family, it only shows Tt products are getting better from one model to another. What I've been mostly impressed with are finish quality, features, design and not so hardcore price tag.
The Thermaltake Armor Jr offers the same good looks as its big brother. But at the same time offering more functionality. The looks of the aluminum front and the two narrow doors gives the case some class I like in a case. It goes go over the edge and become too comic or too sci-fi like a lot of oth
The Armor Jr. is the little brother to the Armor VA8000 series of full tower cases, with the famed aesthetic appeal, in a mid-tower size. Just like the Armor VA8000 series, the Armor Jr. VC3000 series is fully ATX and BTX compatible with an optional BTX upgrade kit from Thermaltake.

i actually have the thermaltake aguila which is basically a rebadge of this case just a different face. cable management is good not the best. unfortunetly thermaltake does not offer this case in aluminum and black other good buy

I love this case. I live in a dusty environment and I needed something quiet but with easy to access filters. With this case, I have 2 12cm front intake fans, and one 12cm exhaust fan in the back. The front filter is just vaccuumed once in a while, and the inside has remained fairly clean considering I have yet to vaccuum the inside in 9 months. The only inconvenience was that its impossible to replace the PSU without taking out everything else first.

Still one of the great cases on the market. Front is filtered 100% (take that 900!) Awesome looking window design.
lots of room for my 8800GTS. Air flow is great. Only bad is the useless "half-doors-wings", and the cheap I/O protective cover on top made of plastic (! broke it).

This case is very roomy. I was shocked at just how much room there was. The only thing I had a problem with were the doors. They just swing open at will and there's no way to keep them in place other than modifying the case. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them yet, but over all I'm very pleased with the case.

Very nice case and i would buy it again, though I had a few problems. I scrached the nice blue paint on my FX700-GLN P/S on sharp edges while installing it. And a big bummer was I had to remove the cpu fan that was mounted on the rear panel of my KA3 MVP mobo to alow the motherboard to fix behind the rear 120mm case fan, that happens to be mounted to close the moutherboard! I also did not like the fact that the cable for the top mounted firewire was 9 small pins and not one plug, with my big figures it was next to impossible to hook it up.

I bought this but before building system quickly found out my young kid was going to swing those front mini-doors as they do not lock or click into position(s).
Otherwise a very stylish, well built (black is steel) & well designed case. Really liked the flexibile bays - can even move around the power button (as it fits into a bay). H/D mount sideways - good for connections & installation , yet still sufficient holes for ventilation. Has air filter material in front. Rated VG altho the doors didn't work for me.
