This kit has amazing visuals, and it performs really well for the price and the warranty offered. However, these modules do not respond to higher voltages at all. Anything above 2.25V for CL4 and 2.2V for CL5 would cause the test computer to crash upon startup

if these were 4gb, i wouldve used them in my primary system. Got em for like under $20, never received rebate but the claim is going (had copy of upc), it received many awards and the latency is quite low. Its also platinum edition and rev.2, so better than gold, silver and rev.1.

This is one of the best DDR2-6400 ram you can get for the price. The timings are good and it works nice in groups of 4 (which is not true for every brand of RAM).
The only annoying thing is the ramsink which is a pain to remove if you want to replace it (and voids your warranty).

I bought this RAM a while ago for my new build. I am happy with it, the speed isn't fantastic, but you get what you pay for. It performs well and was mildly overclocked, I reset it to factory settings because I didn't really know what I was doing and didn't have time to learn. My only regret is that I only purchased 2 gigs, if (and I hope) this ever goes on sale again I have to get another 2 gigs.

Having previously bought OCZ before, the only reason I bought this ram was the price. It is slower than its competitors for the listed specs but at the same time cheaper.
This memory, although slower at 800 MHz than many competitors, appears to be OK for the price. I'm somewhat concerned about the rebate, but we'll see what happens. Would not buy at "regular" price, but if the rebate comes, the price paid was right.

I have switched to Corsair mem just because OCZ does not EVER pay their rebates. I have sent in 8 different ram rebates over the last 2 years and Never received even one rebate! The last time I sent them the labels I cut out of the packages and the inner card, they always say something is missing. Bottom line if you like the price before the MIR then this ram is good, but don't expect a rebate from this company. Makes you think that the warranty wouldn't be any better.

Buy when on sale, but don't count on getting your rebates. OCZ is one of the worst companies when it comes to honoring their rebates. Just got a letter back saying my rebate was rejected as it was not within the postmarked dates. I made sure I sent it out from the post office at least 2 weeks before the deadline. Don't buy OCZ products!!!
