Used this mobo for my gaming rig, and I must say I'm impressed. I overclocked my e6400 to 3.4Ghz with ease. Passed 10 hours of Prime95 and idled at 38 degreess and peaked at 52 degrees (Silverstone TJ09 w/ all optional fans and a 9700 Zalman cooler helped keep temps so cool).

I've been an Asus fan for mobo but I have to say that EVGA and Nvidia teamwork brought a very powerful and stable platform. You need to do a bios update at the start but it's easily done. This mobo easily exceeded my expectations!

I plugged this into my new Intel system and immediately was able to achieve a 4.2Ghz overclock on my EE 955 3.46Ghz. Im using a Zalman 9500 for cooling the cpu and the overall motherboard temp is around 15-25C depending on load. The drivers seem stable out of the box. I am very happy with my purchase. PCmark05 score of 6830

Well the story begins with my wanting to go core2 duo like most other people. So what motherboard to get hey lets try that new nvidia 680i chipset toms hardware says its good. Well it is great but my first board did not work with sata hard drives so returned to ncix. Then on second board after one month of use it dies done not work with any memory so now on my third board so hope this works. If you get one and it works for more than a month you should be good but finding working ones is geting hard for me.

Wasnt sure if I should go with this or an Asus, but decided like others to try this board out. Nothing but great stuff happening with it. Only downside is some connectors are in dumb places (like the 8-pin power connector, hard to get to when using a Tt big typhoon)
