Pros
Quiet
5 yr warranty
excellent reliability
Cons
non modular
Summary
PC Power and Cooling is one of the most respected psu manufacturers around no exceptions were made with this product. Everything about it has been designed for maximum stability, and longevity. Sure it may not have modular cables, but the engineers say its just another point to have a loose connection, and increase resistance. Thats the kind of thinking that goes into their products. The PSU is one of the most important components, and I will never buy anything other then pcpc, seasonic, or corsair. Highly recommended

Pros
Quiet; reliable; lots of power.
Cons
Short cables (for bottom-mounted full tower cases).
Summary
With the PC P&C name, you generally know you're buying a quality power supply. It's actually surprising to see them price this so low, considering what a great little PSU it is. In its price range, I cannot see any other PSU that outperforms this. It is extremely reliable, and actually pretty quiet, which came as a shock to me considering the fact that it only has an 80mm exhaust fan, whereas many modern PSUs have 120 or even 140mm fans on the bottom.

If you are looking to stretch your budget as far as possible, but have extensive power needs, look no further. I ran this on my Skulltrail system, so you can imagine what else you could run on it.

Pros
Reliable
Stable
Provides great power for possibly anything
Cons
Kinda big
I would recommend a mid tower at least to fit this baby
Summary
PC Power & Cooling is up there with the pound for pound best power supplies in the world.

A 750W PSU that's 80 plus certified.

Running a Q9450 + 2 x 8800GT in SLI and 3 SATA hard drives and it runs without a hitch.

Great PSU. Highly recommended.

Pros
Quiet
High quality
Cons
Non-modular
Summary
I bought this power supply for my new PC build, after hearing good things about this brand (I normally buy Antec power supplies and thought I'd try something new).

The overall quality of the power supply is excellent. Everything is solid, and it comes with good instructions for those that might need them.

It runs extremely quiet. Probably does make some noise, but I can't hear it over my case fans in my Silverstone FT-01.

My only disappointment is that it is not modular. I was in a rush to find a power supply and I added this to my cart, thinking that for the price it would be modular. It turns out it's not, so unfortunately I have about 8 extra cables in my case that I don't need.

Other then that, it is a great PS!

Pros
Very quiet, robust stable output, good price, lengthy cables (on sale)
Cons
Lots o cables! Cable management is a must!!
Summary
I bought this on sale a while ago and I have no beefs about it at all, other than the mass of cables.

Pros
Quite
all plugs
Cons
not modular
Summary
Very good PSU, bought to replace the stock 500W one that came with my case, only problem I have with it is the fact that it isn't modular. I knew this when I bought it but finding a place to keep all the extra cable was a bit of a hassle.
It does have all the plugs I need and is very quite for being a 750W PSU.
Will be looking at PC power and cooling again in the future for sure.

Pros
60 Amps on a single rail, can you say GTX280?
Cons
nothing holds this bad boy back
Summary
New GPUs need more amps! watts doesnt count with new video cards(yes you still need enough watts to do the job), power supplies like this with massive rails that can handle 2 or 3 video cards are a must for enthusiasts. This PSU delivers the power you need at low temps and its not too hard on the wallet. It is not modular which is a BONUS (read on it people its not good) but lacks the connectors to run more than one REALLY large video card, 2 8800s or maybe 9800s would be the max, its SLI certified but it wont run three GTX280s. Overall its great!

Comment: PC Power & Cooling were one of the first companies to ever produce high performance computer power supply units. Two of their product series, the Turbo-Cool and Silencer were released back in 1986 and still exist today, which makes them the oldest high performance power supply series in the history

Comment: PC Power & Cooling has continued its legacy of excellent performing power supplies in the Silencer 750. If you want quality, and do not mind paying for it, it just does not get any better than this.
