Got this to attach to my passive north bridge heat sink. Attached it with zip ties and it works great. I like that the cable is long so it reached the 3 pin power connector on the side of my MB.

Using this fan to keep a cheap Bluray (plays multiregions) player cool (runs very hot). It works fine other than having to find a power plug for a non-PC computer device.
I'm using these in a firebox unit to replace the tiny jet engines it came with. The flow isn't as great as I was expecting, however they still keep the unit cool enough. They're extremely quiet--I've got three of them in the unit and you can't hear them at all. Great value for the price.

It's a great little fan for your chipset or old GPU cooler. It will not move a lot of air but it is quiet. My only complaint is that the wire is too short so if the connector on your MB or fan controller is not close by then you need an extension cable. There are no screws included but with such a low price I won't complaint.

This fan is definitely quiet. However, it does not move a great deal of air. If you plan to start this fan at a lower than normal voltage, you may run into issues.
