Screw holes were not tapped properly, this made mounting the block a major pain in the… fixed them by running the screw through the fount side first. Cutting and placing thermal pads was not so much fun either.
Does what it's supposed to, well made. This link is to a review of the block compared to a solution from Swiftech http://www.madshrimps.be/?action=getarticle&articID=554 Swiftech gives much better temps, but is more complicated, and seems less sli-friendly - with the DD block, you just move one of the nozzles to the other side. I'm not doing sli now, but will in the future. The horizontal positioning of the nozzles was also important to me because there's almost no room above the card in my case (I'm using the the DD Water Box Plus, which I will review separately). The vertical nozzles on the Swiftech would, I imagine, require the tubing to have more overhead space.

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software,
video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
