So there we have it. The Antec EarthWatts EA-500 500W power supply doesn't put out as much power as a lot of the power supplies we've been seeing lately, but it does put out enough for any one video card no matter how high end, and I would venture to say that it could easily support a pair of Nvidi

great PS for budget-mid lvl gaming rig, could handle any of the single core vid cards without issue with plenty of headroom to spare. have had this PS in use under two computers over the years and has provided reliable effortless service in both. would recommend whenever it's on sale.

it's a very good power supply, for 500W, this thing will meet most demand on an avg PC. I didn't like the choice of color for it, it's grey, would had preferred black or red or blue, or just anything but grey. It's relatively quiet, as well as having all the necessary connections.
Decent power supply. I also have the EA380 version which is a solid unit as well. My only complaint would be the higher then normal price tag. But like the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

Well I bet this is the same thing as the power supply come with Antec sonata 3. The case itself with PSU is like 80 something when on sale. This PSU is like 60 on sale.. Does that mean the case alone is like 20? Function wise is good, nothing to complain. However, the price could be a bit lower. You can find cheaper 500w PSU if you really wants a budget build.

Installed inside a nine hundred for a home server purpose and it has been running 24/24 since 3 month without any issue.Has PFC feature with great power factor. Has a lot of connectors wich is usefull.Antec have had quality power supplies for years and i never been disapointed with their products

I bought this because I want to make computer as energy efficient as possible since I run FAH 24/7. This PSU did not disappoint! The power consumption of my computer at full load went from 165w to 125w which is a reduction of more than 24%! My old power supply was an old ATX Antec 300W PSU. The three year warranty doesn't hurt either. Highly recommended PSU.
