Pros
very easy to over clock
has the option to unlink your cpu and ram making it even easier to over clock
well designed and will fit any size video card
Cons
the on board sound doesn't work good with your mic when i talk on vent people can barely hear me and i am very fuzzy. i was forced to buy a sound card which resolved the problem
Summary
This is a great choice for a gamer who doesn't want more then 1 video card. The only bad thing about this motherboard is that the on board sound isn't that good and you'll probably need to buy a sound card, but if you don't mind doing that then i highly recommend this motherboard.

Pros
one of the cheapest LGA775 boards
nvidia 650i chipset
very overclockable for a budget board
Cons
northbridge runs hot
no southbridge heatsink
mix of solid/electrolytic capacitors
vdimm maxes out at 2.1v

Summary
This motherboard is hard to beat for as little $80 after rebate. I've got it paired with a E2140 that's running at 8 x 365 just fine.

Like others have mentioned, there are a few annoyances like a pdf-only manual that's based on a different board revision, but there are no major problems.

Unfortunately it doesn't carry an lifetime warranty like XFX's video cards. Instead, it's 2 years.

Pros
- Cheap
- Performs well
Cons
- Hot northbridge/southbridge, even with stock heatsink
- Not all solid capcitors
- No Fan Control for all fan headers (only CPU and Chassis)
Summary
Pretty good motherboard for the price (~80 after MIR). Looks good, and was easy to install. Just download the latest drivers for the chipset via Nvidia.com and Realtek or use the included drivers on the CD. Works perfect with E2160, 2x1GB Crucial Rendition, GeForce 6600. Runs stable at stock, and stable at 2.5 Ghz 1.1V, a moderate overclock. Overall, nice motherboard, though better support for fan control would be better. Also, if you overclock, the CPU fan speed will automatically be set to 100%. This problem can be easily solved by using SpeedFan.

Got this paired up with a e6400 cpu. Makes a good combo. Northbridge got hotter than I liked. Swapped out the passive NB heatsink with a evercool cooler.

Pros
Cheap solid budget board, good number of fan headers, okay layout, comes with rounded IDE and floppy cables.
Cons
No printed manual (comes on CD); since the sb supports two IDE ports - two IDE ports would have been nice; hot NB heatsink sits close to cpu socket; manual has discrepancies - shows 8 pin mobo powerplug - mobo has 4 pin powerplug, only cpu fan and one of the three fan headers seem to be monitored.
Summary
Specs:

XFX 650i Ultra mobo;
Intel e4400 cpu;
Antec Sonata III case with Earthwatts 500W psu + additional 120mm front fan;
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro HSF (on the stock thermal pad for now - until I can get some better paste);
I'm currently testing with a 7900GS, and plan on swapping in my 8800GTS 320.

I picked up the XFX 650I Ultra and the e4400 on ncix's great reopening sale ($99 cdn less a $20 usd rebate, and $129 cdn for the cpu), the e4400 was cheaper than the e4300.

I installed a new 60mm fan (the kind that used to be used on Athlon 2100+s) on the NB heatsink with four motherboard standoffs screwed together to replace the mobo mounting screw located between the NB hs and the bottom left ram slot - this made a little mounting column for the bottom right screwhole on the fan. For another attachment point, I found a very small plastic drywall anchor would just fit in between the fins on the stock NB hs - and that one of the screws that came with the heatsink would thread into the anchor - I used this for the top left screwhole on the fan.

Even at stock, you can feel the hot air being pushed out of the northbridge by the 60mm fan. I'm not a fan (pun intended) of 60mm fans - on my old Athlon 2100+ I've had to replace them every couple of years as they tend to get noisy and have bearing problems (though new it's been quiet). So far I haven't thought of a better way to cool the stock nb hs. An aftermarket chipset cooler - maybe a passive heatpipe design sticking up high enough to catch the breeze from the 120mm front fan may be the way to go - but hey - the 60mm fan was $3.99.

For the southbridge, I stuck on low profile southbridge heatsink with a square of double sided heatsink tape, that the local computer store pulled off an old celeron for me, after cleaning it off with acetone and a razor blade.

With the e4400 I was able to hit 3ghz easy - idling at 27C and loading to 52C (I really need to get some better thermal paste on there instead of the stock pad).

Getting over 3ghz was difficult. This mobo, and other 650i Ultras according to some reviews I've seen, seem to have a fair bit of vdroop - 1.4vcore wil drop to 1.35vcore under load, 1.45v drops to 1.41v under load. I may have to investigate the 650i Ultra vdroop pencil mod.

I could not get over 3.1ghz on the e4400's default 10x multi - I'm thinking there's an fsb hole in play. NB/SB voltage seemed to do very little. Additional vcore did nothing - just would not boot over 3.1ghz.

Once I dropped it to 9x, 3.33ghz came easy, with vcore set to about 1.45v (drooping to about 1.41v), with a load temp of about 56C. NB/SB voltage didn't seem to matter, so I dropped it back to 1.3v (I may try 1.2v later). 3.33ghz may be stable at a lower vcore.

Getting past 3.33ghz seems to be almost impossible. I can boot at 3.4ghz, but Orthos fails within ten seconds. So far 3.375ghz is short run (1 hr) Orthos stable, but has required 1.5vcore (drooping to 1.46v) and has been loading to about 60 - 62C. I might continue playing with some settings just to see where the max stable cpu speed is, but I'm pretty sure I'm very close to it now.

I'll probably try and lose the vdroop and knock things back to 3.33ghz and 1.4 - 1.45vcore.

Summary
Got it for my room mate, we use it to play battlefield 2, its good for a budget set up, using it with a X1950Pro, does well enough for the card, if you wanna save a buck and not get a complete piece of, um, anyway, start with this.

Pros
-price/performance ratio
-power connector layout is very good
-3 PCI slots since PCI-E devices are few and far in between at this point in time
-very decent overclocker though not outstanding
Cons
-chipsets get hot at stock speeds
-full user manual is on CD
-no cooling for power regulators or southbridge
-no nice extras like 2nd LAN port, additional usb port card, or IEEE1394.
-only 4 USB ports on back panel when there is room for more.
Summary
Solid no-frills board for the price. Decent overclocker though additional board cooling is almost a requirement. Full paper user manual would have been nice, as would additional USB ports either on back panel or on IO card.
