This waterblock is one of the best and EK always come out ahead of others when it come to craftmanship quality. It is very effective at cooling a 8800 GTS videocard and a god gift for someone who doesn't want to mess with ramsinks (think falling sinks) and heat dump from the ram and mosfets in the case, when a full cover block can remove in the water.
Overall its a good water block. I get good temps on it with AC5. 40-48C. My only complaints are the crappy manual that was short with many grammatical errors and the very weak screws, i snapped two while screwing em down, thus screwing up my 8800GTS. Some might say that its better to stick with a non full coverage block, simply because of the price, but it really is a good block.
