These are better than the mos-c1's, but only because they pre applied the thermal tape. (3M 8815) Like the mos-c1's it's very difficult to get the tape to stick the first time, but after you get it on and cure it, it's very secure.

Overall great buy as my mosfets burned my fingers when my computer was under load and my motherboard would not allow current mosfet coolers to be mounted.

installed them on my main PC, they're great for really tiny chips and assorted motherboard devices about 1cm² area. So far they're light enough to hold in place with non-adhesive thermal paste. I have not placed the motherboard vertically yet to test if heatsinks can resist gravity over long term with non-adhesive thermal paste. Well woth the money if you need to bring down the temps on some small motherboard/video card devices like Mosfets. Definately going to buy some more.

Not much to say about these really. They work and the thermal tape is very sticky if you make sure to clean the chip beforehand. An eraser helps!

I recently bought a XFX non-reference HD 4870 so I knew I would issues with heat. I bought these and some Arctic Silver Matrix and went to work.
