These will go well after years of 24/7 usage! I've had all other brands and they all fail a few weeks after their posted warranty period, and WD drives are the worse. Seagate had been doing very well for me and I have not had any disappointment so far.

I like this brand than any other , why ? great build good warranty ... I got this a pre-assembled PC , i'm glad it came in ok , no noise no nothing , and it runs very smoothly . good price ! will get one more when it goes down to 40$ on surprise special! ehehehhe

Got this drive as an OS drive for my server and have no complaints. Can't keep up with some of the faster drives out there these days but I can't complain. It does what it's supposed to.

I got this to put in the 4 core PC I built. This was the OS drive and put more then one drive in. So this drive is basically used for Windows and applications. Overall a good drive, but of course, now the larger drives are around the same price. But a solid product.

This is a good drive but 500gb is much better price now. The 3yr Warranty is a good addition. It worked at a good speed and did everything flawlessly.

Meets all my needs. It seemed quiet quick, keep in mind this is my first system. I will buy another one sometime to run RAID if its possible, i have to do my research more.

Well not much to say here. Works fine and the warranty is always reassuring. These drives form what I hear have a magnificently low failure rate not that alot of drives have a high rate these days but it's still good to know.

If you are fine with 250gb then this drive is a must buy...seagate quality at this price is great! 16mb cache help the speed of the drive so your computer feels snapier...very happy with my purchase
