Designed to deliver the clean, stable power your system deserves
When you build or upgrade your own system, you want a power
supply that meets both your power requirements and your exacting standards for
performance and noise. The entire Enthusiast Series TX V2 family has been
designed to do just that. With any TX V2 PSU, you'll find the right balance
between price and the features you want: high efficiency, tight voltage
regulation, low ripple and noise, and thermally-controlled fan speed.
Unlike many "value-oriented" power supplies, the entire range of
TX V2 power supplies are designed to continuously deliver their rated power, all
the way to 50¡ãC ambient temperature. And with the tight voltage regulation and
low ripple and noise that Corsair's Enthusiast Series in known for, you'll get
clean power too. No more random crashes caused by dirty or insufficient power!
All TX V2 power supplies deliver up to 85% efficiency, feature a
single +12V rail for simple installation, and are compatible with the latest
Intel and AMD platforms, as well as NVIDIA® and AMD multi-GPU configurations.
They are even ErP ready, so your system can use as little as 1W of power in
standby mode (when used with an ErP-compliant motherboard).
Corsair Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 Features:
Conforms to the latest ATX12V v2.31 and EPS
2.92 standards, and is backward compatible with the ATX12V 2.2 and ATX12V

And as a final note we don’t have an opinion on the single rail against multiple rail design battle. At the end of the day what is important is if your power supply is capable of delivering its rated power, and like we said unfortunately we don’t have a load tester yet.
Overall, most of the higher-capacity Channel Well Technology built power supplies have proven to be excellent but they have a weakness, which is higher levels of AC ripple on the +12V output. While still well within spec, the TX750W exhibits a little more AC ripple on the +12V rail than we would li
While Corsair is relatively new to the power supply market, with the use of major OEMs (in the case of the TX series, Channel Well Technology) in the power arena they have been able to take overclockers and enthusiasts by storm with their HX, VX, and now TX power supply series. When testing the TX75

Very heavy, modular meaning really good quality and has never failed me. Very well made. For many overclockers, having one +12v rail with a massive 60 amp capacity will provide absolute bedrock stability, which really helps keep a system running when you push it. This is why big, clean power supplies help the stability of a PC. Of course, all your drives, fans, video cards and so on also need capacity so this is also part of the equation.
I picked this one for my first computer build along with 2500k + p8p67 pro bundle. It's not modular so you're gonna have to try and stuff those unused cables. I also find that the 8 pin cpu is not long enough but you can still access the top motherboard if you're using a case like the 600t. Overall this has been solid so far
I bought this to power my new sandy bridge build (i5 2500k, 8gb of ram, ati 6950) and it runs it great, its probably overkill but it allows me room to grow if I want to add crossfire. I bought corsair before and am happy with my purchase yet again.
Quiet fan helps keep the nouse down. The lack of modular cables makes for a chore when the power supply is mounted in the bottom of a computer case and you have no place to store excess cables.
