There are a few improvements that could be made, but these are minor gripes when compared with other gaming mice. The fact of the matter is that the SteelSeries Ikari Laser mouse is streamlined to truly improve in-game reaction time and is the most comfortable gaming mouse available.

Really good mouse, I was debating this and the g9 for a couple of months and I have been quite familiar with the g9, I decided to get this, and boy was i impressed, I would totally buy again, if it wasnt so expensive!

Just got this mouse today, and it's awesome. The feel of it and the way your hand rests on it is just great! There's also a lot of teflon so it glides very smoothly. One thing that does annoy me though is that my thumb sometimes lies on top of the cpi indicator and it feels awkward.

I bought this to replace my aging Logitech G5 (1st gen - th one with only one thumb button). It has a really great shape that perfect for my small to medium sized hand. I prefer to cup the entire mouse with my palm (as opposed to the claw grip) and it's shaped perfectly for that. For people who prefer the claw grip it might not be the right shape.

Great mouse, great comfort just like everyone else that reviewed this mouse. Although I find the build a little cheaper than I expected, the performance is undeniable, and I like it very much.

VERY Comfortable, I was weary about how wide it is, but it is great, as there is support for your ring and pinky fingers so they are not dragging on the pad slowing you down. I also love how the right side is longer at the end, because your middle finger is actually longer. Why did it take so long for a manufacturer to figure that one out?

I have come from a very long line of Logitech Cordless Mice. My next step was going to be a G9 (from MX revolution). I thought I would go a different direction, and I could not be happier I did. The responsiveness blows my MX revolution out of the water. I always told myself that I would never buy a corded mouse again because I hate cords. The cord on this mouse doesn't bother me 1 bit.
