Firstly i would say that i got this cpu just to test crossfire on native 790fx chipset. I was really suprised by the perfomance as the difference between my q6600 and phenom is hard to tell without benching (it does exist indeed). the price is supposed to drop to 199$. For its money its the best processor out there.
I received this processor last week,installed and everything went fine. Currently OC to 2.45Ghz very stable and temp is 42 on max load. Will try to OC more when I get a new heatsink and install my other fans. Ill probably switch to a 9900 later, only 296$ for the cpu so 9900 will be around the price.And I know intel has better product but AMD is cheaper and they need our money! For the best PRICE/PERFORMANCE go AMD!
