I've had this thing running for about a month now and it has impressed me since the day I got it. I'm cooling it using a DTek Fuzion with the quad nozzle and a Thermochill 120.3 Radiator. I have it running at 4.0Ghz with 1.5v with idle temps at ~40º and Load temps at 55º. I've had it running at 4.5Ghz a couple time for benches but 4 gigs on a quad-core is more than enough.

Changed from an AMD FX 60 to this one. Major improvement over all now that I'm running four cores. No HS but I bought a CM Sphere and it runs pretty cool. If you got the money this is simply the best one on the market. As soon as I started it up, I checked the speeds with CPU-Z and immediately it was running at 3.16 GHZ. Will try doing some more OC'ing later, but for now I'm seriously impressed with it.
