This card plays crysis on high in Solo mode with c2d and 2GB of ram wich is awesome. Great performance/price ratio, probably one of the best out there right now.

Picked this up and sold my Galaxy 8800GT to a friend - the noise finally got to me. Dual slot design that evacuates the hot air to outside of the box one of the main reasons I got this to replace the 8800GT.

Just completed my new build. Quad Q6700, xfx 680i motherboard, 2gb corsair ram, 700watt PSU. Fresh install of XP, and installed Crysis. All I can say is WOW! Plays on "high" settings across the board at 1920x1200 (no AA) on my dell 24" 2808 screen. Highly recommend it. Waiting for a price drop before getting the next unit for SLI.

This is a great card the noise is really low due to the dual cooler design. was easy to install and to configure. i will sure buy an other one for SLI later on!

I bought this over the GT 512MB and never regretted it. The better performance with this card, better cooler, and free Crysis game, make this a better deal than the GT. I idle at 42C and have always stayed under 60C, even under full load.

Awesome card... worth the extra money as compared to the 8800GT in my books. Running Crysis in high quality mode DirectX 10 & no AA (don't really need it at this level) q 1680 x 1050.

Excellent video card, glad I waited a few more days to get this one instead of the noisy GT. This one is quiet enough but with my current setup I can hear it when I play some games. My setup is not optimized for cooling since I use positive pressure to keep inside case clean. Otherwise i guess it would be a bit more quiet but I do not complain.

over all it a bang for your buck because you can basicly over clock this baby to the same as the other one that has a core clock of 740mhz and you save abit more money.

Im am overall very happy with this card. I overclocked mine out of the box to 770/1050 stable with Ntune. Fan from 30% to 80%. Ran the GPU benchmark in Crysis and averaged 45 fps on Medium with 1400/900 res. That is a feat in and of itself. I upgraded from two 8600 GT's, Sli enabled. With the two 8600's I got 25 fps with the same settings. This 8800GTS 512 plays all my other games on high and very high. Oblivion has never looked better! I wonder if two of these could handle Crysis on High settings?
