* The Reaper HPC series uses heat pipe technology to rapidly remove heat from the main body of the memory modules and conduct the thermal load to the extended radiator fin array. The addition of the extended fin array nearly doubles the total surface area available for heat dissipation while the heat pipes warrant near isothermicity throughout the entire design. The result is a doubling in effective heat dissipation at equal delta t or, in real systems, a significantly lower operating temperature of the memory modules.
**OCZ EVP (Extended Voltage Protection) is a feature that allows performance enthusiasts to use a VDIMM of 2.15V without invalidating their OCZ Lifetime Warranty.

Great RAM for the price I got it for. I do not like mail in rebates that much but at the price that I got this ram for, I did not hesitate. Great buy!

These are OK, nothing special. They don't overclock very well and I had issues with my P5Q Pro in which I had random reboots. The Mushkins XP worked better for me.

I have these running at ddr2-1000, haven't overclocked them but they have been excellent. Running them with a Q9550 z4.25 (Gigabyte UD3R) and 4x2 sticks of this ram without stability or compatibility issues, which is a good sign.

I bought this memory because of the giant heatsink and OCZ Lifetime Warranty. First the top part of the heatsink do not come hot. Secondly when the Epp is activated, the 790FX motherboard overheat. Overall it works great in combination with a AMD Phenom 9850 Black Edition. Good price, and I even received the MIR back from from OCZ.
These RAM are wonderful. In my GA-EP45-DS3R motherboard at the stock timings and 2.1V along with an earlier reapers of PC2-8500 2x1GB for a total of 6GB. My motherboard does not recognize it at the stock timings. So you might have to set it in the BIOS.
