So overall this was one of the best heat sinks I have ever bought, but beware of the large size, i had to put it on backwards ( not that it makes much of a difference ) because the heat sinks on my Ram's were too tall ( OCZ Reaper Hpc 2x2gb 1066mhz.

I bought one of these (from a friend) put it on one my "Preshot" S478 at 2.66gHz and the temp dropped from 40C to room temp (18C)with out the fan, so I overclock the CPU from stock to 4.8 gHz and the temp went back up to 35C with no fan, pushed OC further to 5.4 gHz but had to use fan to stay at 43C. Over all very good, I'm going to buy more to put on my other P4's

Be careful when buying this. Make sure your case can handle it and then on top of that, make damn sure your board can handle. The last thing you want it to screw with your RAM, block fan, etc...
Make damn good and sure that you support the weight of this thing to your case if you plan on using it vertically!
