The Essentially Cool and Quiet Case

Impressively spacious and unbeatably reliable, the Antec Three Hundred is an unbeatable enclosure. Despite its eminently portable frame, the Three Hundred has enough room for an NVIDIA 8800 series graphics card, as well as six hard drives and a standardATX motherboard. A cable management compartment keeps your system organized and the airflow unobstructed. A 120mm rear fan and 140mm top fan ensure that the case runs cool even when playing the most demanding games, while the sleek black finish gives it an extra stylish edge.

Features:

  • No Power Supply included:
To optimize performance of your Three Hundred, your choice of power supply is crucial. Antec strongly recommends choosing from our NeoPower or TruePower series.
  • 9 Drive Bays:
    • External 3 x 5.25"
    • Internal 6 x 3.5" for HDD
  • Cooling System:
    • 1 rear 120 x 25 mm TriCool™ Fan with 3-speed switch control.
    • 1 top special 140 x 25 mm TriCool™ Fan with 3-speed switch control
    • 2 front (optional) 120 mm fans to cool the hard drives
    • 1 side (Optional) 120 x 25 mm Fan to cool graphic cards
  • Washable air filters reduces dust build up in your system, which helps keep your system cooler
  • Perforated front bezel for maximum air intake
  • 7 expansion slots
  • Top mounted I/O ports for easy access
    • 2 x USB 2.0
    • HDA & AC’97 Audio In and Out
  • Unit dimensions:
    • 18" (H) x 18.3" (D) x 8.1" (W)
    • 45.8 (H) x 46.5 (D) x 20.5 cm (W)
  • Weight:
    • Net: 15.9lbs / 7.2kg
    • Gross: 18.7lbs / 8.5kg

Comment: Overall it’s hard not to be impressed by the value offer here by Antec; we heartily recommend for any enthusiast building a budget system who’re looking for enough expansion options and sufficient cooling

Comment: Even with the minor faults, and the lack of additional components necessary to keep prices low (about $60-70), we still recommend the Three Hundred for those looking for an affordable, no-nonsense alternative to some of higher-priced PC cases out there.

Comment: Taking all of this into consideration, we're proud to give Antec's Three Hundred Gamer Case our 'Bang for the Buck' award, and a 9/10 rating!

Comment: The Nine Hundred is meant for hot configurations. It won’t provide you silence or special conveniences but its 200mm fan is a weighty argument when it comes to pure cooling.

This is a very good case overall, and for the price, one really cannot ask for more. Buy a pair of Scythe Junyi medium speed fans for the front, put an air filter on the side panel's fan mount, turn the exhaust fans' rpm to lowest, and one got a very cool running and quiet case. If you have a longish video card, you will lose 1 of the 3.5" storage bays, my 8800gt (because 6pin power connector sticks out the end of the card) i was unable to use the 3rd 3.5" bay.      » READ MORE

For this price you can't go wrong. It's one of the cleanest looking gaming cases out there. It only comes with one top fan though. 3 optional fans can be installed - 2 in the front and 1 on the side. The side panel doesn't have an air filter so you should buy one first before installing an intake fan there.       » READ MORE

very happy with it, great case for $50, as usual Antec deliver a quality product. can't ask for too much so can't be too grumpy about how it doesn't come with too many fans.       » READ MORE

A really good solid case with great construction and looks, the 2 front 120mm will keep all of your HDD and system nice and cool and assembly was a breeze with all of the space it gives you. The PS cable stash spot is a real nice touch for cable management, this case is totally recommended.      » READ MORE

I also have a Antec Nine-Hundred R1 case. This case is nearly the same with the exception lack of blue LED bling and the smaller top fan. Sure the Nine-Hundred comes with the two front fans but this case is nearly twice as expensive. Really, for the money, this case is amazing. I added a Scythe S-FLEX for one of the front fan bays to add additional air flow for the motherboard and to cool the HDD.       » READ MORE

Great product, great price, perfect for budget or office computer. Has great fans preinstalled. As I said in the weaknesses, don't buy any 3.5 in material since there's no bay adapter (which I thought there was since I normally buy higher end computer cases that always come with them).      » READ MORE

I got this for my friend's modest budget P55/i7 build and found that the praise is well deserved: this is a durable little case that can hold just about anything you need to fit in, even if just barely.       » READ MORE

Cheap as hell. Solid steel, not too flashy. Could use more air filtering. Could use better fans. But for less than 60$, more than you'd expect.      » READ MORE
