Installed on a Asus P5K that has "native" 1066 FSB but was detected as 800. In fact, you need to force the bus to 1066 (not considered as overclocking by Asus). Changed settings in bios easily. Got 2 sets on sale - getting ready for Windows 7 64 bits.

This is good RAM. Seems capable of 1066 mhz with no problems (I'm at 1020 mhz right now). I like the logo on the red background, but it's not like I can even see it with my case on the floor. Nothing against this RAM, but you should buy what's cheapest, because it's all pretty much the same.

I bought this ran to actually overclock my CPU when running at the 800Mhz setting as my CPU is multiplier locked. I also got this memory for memory speed head room for when I upgrade my CPU should and to have 4gigs of ram to replace my 2gigs. I am very pleased with this memory, it does what I hoped. Low voltages with good timings.
needed more ram for the new MB and found this on sale for really cheap. booted right out of the box. runs at 1066 with only 1.9v. the timings are a little loose (5,7,7,24), but damn they run cool at this voltage. cpu-z states that this is only rated at pc6400? i guess i should be happy that i can hit 1066 without bumping the voltage like i have to with my corsair. for the price i paid for these i am more than happy with these and if they hit that price again i just might do 8GB...

This has been the first time that I have upgraded ram with something other than OCZ.I was really nervous because OCZ has never let me down however,I am really pleased with this ram and I saved some cash in the process.Way to go Buffalo!
