I bought this card for my first custom computer build. Ran straight out of the box in my perfectly- no driver, over-heating, or hardware issues. I'd recommend this at sale price for anyone looking at a decent card without blowing a lot of money.

I bought this because i tend to game a lot and it was at a good price. I got it to replace a 8800gts that was starting to fall behind. It was a huge performance increase in all the games i play (crysis, COD 4, L4D, TF2, BF2142, RA3, and others) . So far it has not bsod'd me yet and it makes a respectble computer paired with a E8400. It is a great card and I highly recommend it.

Wish I knew about GTS 250 sooner and I would've bought that instead since it's 55nm. But I have not run in to any heating problems yet with this card.

finally return from ati to n-card. like the driver installation without much harsh for ubuntu. Maybe a good time to buy it because the "re-branded" gtx series are out not long ago..

no problems witht his unit yet, got it on sale for 179 plus 20 dolla MIB... has not problem playing any new games at great frame rates in high detail..
I bought this card to replace my bfg 8400gs which is a big upgrade, I was going for the 260 gtx, but i think this card is good enough and certainly serving me well :)

Simply put, this card will satisfy you as long as you're not a total enthusiast... it plays most 7th generation games at over 30FPS on max even without overclocking, so there's really nothing wrong there :P

This card is great. I'm getting high frame rates on every game I play and I haven't faced any stuttering issues with any games I've played. The price is also perfect, much better when it's on sale and often is. The fan isn't noisy at 50% and stays cool when playing games. I highly recommend!
