I am quite disappointed with this purchase. I don't have an HD feed in my computer room where I put this TV/monitor and the regular cable signal looks terrible on this TV. Quite blurry and motion is even worse. I could not finish watching a hockey game as it made me nauseous. Picture looks much clearer on the little CRT I bought this to replace. As well, the automatic aspect ratio only works with HDMI input so with a coax input I have to manually select the aspect ratio each time the feed changes from one show or channel to the next.

Let me say that I have had this monitor/TV for over a year now. It has been beyond great! I upgraded from a 226BW because I wanted a HDTV slash computer monitor for my bedroom. It has been a fantastic upgrade for everything from gaming to watching 1080p HD TV and Blu-Ray movies. You can't go wrong here....

The monitor was purchased as main monitor for use with new system. My system came equiped with ATI 4850, and would not allow me to hookup via DVI-D. Researched online, and this is an ATI Issue.... I tried all the things online... latest drivers etc... nothing works... so if you have ATI, you will have to hook in via HDMI.

I would say this is an excellent monitor for gaming - one of the better ones actually. However for graphics work you get what you get in a TN panel unfortunately.

This monitor is a great piece of equipment. You may use it as a regular TV by plugging a coax into it or if you wish, just plug an HDTV STB into it with HDMI or component. I also make use of the second HDMI input by connecting it to the DVI outlet of my video card which (ATI 4850 with sound processor) for my computer's display.
