Adding an SSD to a desktop already using a standard hard disk drive is a smart and efficient way to upgrade. This is prety mutch the entry point when it some to SSD. It is a bit slower then some other SSD but it is way faster the the average conventional hard drive!

You get what you pay for! It's faster then a normal hdd but slower then most ssd on the market. Up to now, this drive is faster then my raid 0 and I had no problem with the modified jmicron controler. Also the drive comes complete with software, mounting bracket, screws, etc.

It's exactly as Kingston says, they really nailed it with this drive. If you're looking for a stutter-free budget drive with decent space, or wanting to dip your feet in the SSD pool, this is it.
