The Corsair Cooling™ Hydro Series H50 CPU Cooler gives you the power of liquid cooling in a compact, easy-to-install package. You get superior cooling for higher overclocking performance without the complexity of traditional liquid-cooling systems.

Air-based CPU coolers simply aren’t as efficient as water coolers, and can take up too much valuable space. The compact, closed-loop Hydro Series H50 takes your CPU’s temperature to new lows and takes up less room doing it.

Features
  • Pre-filled, closed-loop system is easy to install
  • Copper CPU cooling plate for maximum cooling performance
  • Integrated pump and reservoir is sealed for zero maintenance and improved leakage protection
  • Large 120mm radiator for fast heat dispersion
  • High-efficiency, low-noise 120mm fan for drawing cool air across the radiator
  • Two-year warranty

Comment: "The H50 is a good example of the evolution of all-in-one PC water cooling kits. Corsair's cooling division has created an easy-to-install unit that offers great performance and commendably low noise levels."

Comment: The H50 is an excellent product taking innovation to the next level compared to the CoolIT ECO. Saying this, the H50 does hold a premium but the performance benefits reflects the price.

Comment: SPCR found the H50 to be a capable cooler, but the noise from the pump made the noise level untamable.

Comment: Overall though, for a somewhat nominal $80 price tag, the Corsair Hydro H50 cooler is one of the lowest cost and most simple ways to integrate basic water cooling into your system. The only draw backs are the requirement of a 120mm fan location on the back of the case (though most chassis today wil

I had some reserve on this product since it doesn't cost a lot for water cooling. I can't hear if my computer is running or not so its really silent. it keeps my cpu around 35 when idle and at about 45-50 when heavy gaming. (Read More)

Bought this on sale for 50 bux, but it isn't as good as I thought it would be. I think you'd be better off buying the A50 (20bux) or the A70(30bux) air cooling from Corsair. It keeps my i7-960 at around 45C at idle and goes up to around 60C during gaming. The idle temps aren't nearly as good as I thought they would be. It's a good cooler I am still using it and I like it, but for the money you could get something quite a bit better! (Read More)

Bought this with the intention to overclock an i5 2500K and it kept it very cool with low 30s being the average. After overclocking to 4.6Ghz, it was still in the low 60s and by the time it reached 5.0Ghz it was in the mid 70s so I clocked it back down.

Bought to replace stock cooler. I had put my new build in a Corsair 600T case so figured it would fit without problems. It did. It replaces the rear 120mm case fan. Since the old 120mm fan was identical except 3 pin rather than 4. I decided to use it in a push-pull config with the old fan connected to the case fan control while the 4 pin of the new fan was connected to the CPU temp control. I put the sandwitch in an air intake config and added an air filter on the outside of the case. The 600T runs very cool with its two 200mm case fans so this config doesn't affect the GPU and it never allows my CPU over 45C even when stressed (Intel i5). Even with the two 120mm fans in push-pull, it is quite quiet if I keep the speed of the 3 pin fan down (manual controller). It never seems to be really necessary to run it any faster anyway. I have little experience with water coolers but this one meets all my expectations. (Read More)

I was looking for one of those pre-assembled watercooling kits to reduce the fans (noise) in my computer and bought this one after a bad experience with the Coolit one. Mounting the H50 is much easier than with the Coolit. My temperatures dropped almost 10C compared to with the stock cooler, and hardly exceeds 35C under full load. The included fan is a bit on the noisy side though, and I am considering eventually replacing it with a Noctua. (Read More)
