The Thermaltake V3 Black Edition boasts almost everything we could ask for on a budget gaming case. The steel construction is a little flimsy but acceptable considering the price-point.
Although being an entry-level case, it keeps the overall quality and features found on more expensive cases from this brand. An excellent cost/benefit ratio.
ThinkComputers review: The V3 Black Edition is the perfect case for a budget build, but it will not have space for longer videocards with more than 2 hard drives installed.

very decent case for the money.I bought this for a build for my son and had no problems,tool less drive clips worked fine,you can mount an 2.5" SSD or HDD on the bottom of case so you don't have to buy a tray or mounting kit for one.I didn't find the case to be to flimsy or cheaply made.I didn't expect it to be made out of 12 gauge sheet metal.the gauge of metal they used is just fine for a computer case.It's a very good case, my son loves it and he saved some money by buying it.I would buy again if needed and recommend to others on a budget.I gave it 5 eggs because of the quality for the price

Very good budget case for the price, Lots of room for upgrading to crossfire, adding more HDDs and fans. Lots of air flow for good cooling. Other case manufacturers should take note BLACK insides. Has a tooless mounting design for HDD and dvd burner, wide enough to fit the coolermaster 212 plus cpu heatsink.

I normaly use the Antec 300 for most budget builds but decided this time on the Thermaltake V3 and everything went ok. Had a bit of hard time getting the I/O plate lined up with the Mbo ports.
Paid $37.95 for it so I'm happy with what I got and so is my cliant.

It is an excellent case. Light weight yet very low vibration noise. In fact a couple of times I had to check if the PC was on or off (my screen was shut off and I thought the PC was off, yup twice). Ventilation is awesome. I am running just with the stock fan, stock CPU and stock GPU fans. Yet CPU rarely reaches above 40 and GPU has not gone above 56. All this while running some intense apps.

Great looking case, plenty of ventilation. I have a front sucking fan, the rear fan, and two "blow hole" fans on the top. Three hard drives are installed. The wiring is a bit dense towards the bottom of the case, but overall not impossible.
