Other then the fact the price dropped $70 in less then 30 days after I got the unit I am very happy with it. B/W printing is fine for most everyone. Colour is good enough for business use. Scanning to PDF works great.

Have a HL-3040CN at home which shares the same guts, just no multifunction, and was very happy with it, so picked this up for the office. Color prints are great, scanner is good, fax is quick, prints are fast. Control center software is also very good, and works with all brother prints you may have on the network or locally connected. Toner refills are fairly cheap, and you can reset the toner counter via the front panel buttons.
If you've ever used a Brother printer, you know they're absolutely the best. This unit is no different. I bought it on sale, and it seems to be on sale frequently at NCIX, so wait for the sale if you want to buy it. Not only is the quality of everything this machine does amazing, but the speed is great too. If you're just looking for a printer, I'd recommend the Brother HL-3040CN. It's exactly the same as this just without the all in one functionality. Otherwise if you're looking for a good all in one printer this is it.

Well priced, esp if you price match, solid fast color LED printer with good scan and fax feature for a home office or small business. I have used this machine at work for some time and decided that it was good enough to buy one of my own.
