I tried 1080p movie, much better picture quality than the regular TN panel, especially, you can get more details in dark area, VA panel picture is super clear and vivid. also you have more control options, Great product from Benq!

I currently own 3 of these that I use for eyefinity. I have no complaints. Gaming is a joy on eyefinity. Triple desktops are also efficient and multitasking couldn't be better! I also use these in vertical for forum viewing. I recommend this product.

Got two of them for some peeps at around $170 which is a great deal so I'll base it on that. The Quality of the product is good and so is the viewing angle along with the picture quality.
I have a Dell UltraSharp U2311H IPS and love it but it was a bit more expensive that this also.

This monitor has the best color production I have seen. I got this monitor when it was on sale and wow it’s such a great deal if you can get it for the sale price. VA panel monitors really produce amazing colors. The only flaw with VA is that they have the slowest response time and they have worse viewing angles than IPS counterparts. However, for the price you’re paying for, it’s so much better than a TN panel and you’re paying only a little more. At this price IPS panels can’t beat in contrast and black levels though. The BL2400PU is also awesome for its stand build which allows you to swivel and twist and turn however you want to fit your viewing needs, it also has versatile neck height adjustments which helps for different users. It’s always a plus when your monitor can be adjusted to meet your eye level instead of the other way around. The monitor is also LED backlit which seems pretty popular nowadays. I do have one concern, which is does anyone else think that the colors could be better if it wasn’t LED backlit and instead CCFL? Even though the colors are amazing at the moment, I can’t help but wonder, could it have been better since some people complain LED backlit makes the colors duller.

Picked one up as my new office monitor. Don't really game there, so response time is not much of an issue. Ive noticed no ghosting when watching movies, thought Im not too sensitive to it in the first place. Love the picture quality and colour reproduction, not using the stand and speakers, but the stand looks great. speakers are probably crap, but good for those who just need basic sound in the office. glad i chose this over a cheap 6 bit e-ips panel :)

This is an excellent panel in its price range. The contrast and deep blacks of this panel make it excellent for watching movies and photo editing. Though the panel does not cover all of the sRGB range due to having LED back lighting, it is worth having the lower power consumption and thinner display.
This is one of the cheapest monitors you'll find that has a truly adjustable stand and a good all-purpose mva panel. Sure, it's not as 'fast' as a tn panel, but when running infinity, Id rather not have my side monitors distorted by the crappy viewing angles of most tn panels. The monitor does need some calibration, but that's to be expected. If you're planning on using a couple of these in portrait, you may want to pass. The bottom of the screen is about an inch larger than the sides and top. This could have been fixed if they'd simple left off the 'eco-sensor' - which you'll want to disable anyways - and they should have simply omitted the crappy speakers. They are worthless and serve no purpose, but to take up space... Overall though, this monitor (when on sale) is the best in its price range if you're looking for a non tn panel.
