Features    [ Edit | History ]
Ruggedized features combined with elegant styling, Survivor is a new paradigm in chassis design. Engineered for the mobile digital warrior, Survivor comes fully equipped with BitFenix S2™ security, an innovative carrying handle that hides away when not in use, and full compatibility with extra-long graphics cards. BitFenix's SofTouch™ coating helps the system resist a few bumps on the way to the LAN party, and balanced airflow means Survivor remains cool and stable in the heat of battle. All of this is geared to help you dominate at your next LAN event, rather than worrying about if your hardware will survive the day.

Built Tough
The unique curved design of Survivor isn't just for looks. The frame actually extends past the mesh side panels to help protect the chassis during transport. The top and sides of the chassis are coated with proprietary BitFenix SofTouch™ coating for easy clean up and scratch resistance. If you are going to crush your opponents, why not look good doing it?
Get a Grip
Equipped with a convenient carry handle, Survivor makes transport a breeze. And when it's not in use, simply snap the handle back in place and retain Survivors clean modern design. A simple and useful idea, elegantly executed on Survivor.
Secure Your Peripherals
Worried about people stealing your mouse or headset at your next LAN event? With BitFenix S2™ back panel security, that worry is a thing of the past. Connect your mouse, keyboard and headset, and then secure them using S2 on Survivor - perfect for LAN events and other public venues. With BitFenix S2, your peripherals are on lockdown.
Get Connected
Plug into an ever-growing range of high-speed USB 3.0 devices. Fully USB 3.0 compliant with two USB 3.0 ports, Survivor stands ready to help you experience the speed and performance of next generation USB connectivity.
Keep Cool Under Fire
Hot system components could spell trouble when the competition is hunting you down. Survivor is built to stay cool under extreme conditions, and can be outfitted with up to two 200mm fans or three 120mm fans, delivering superb airflow to all your hardware, and keeping your system chilled and battle-ready.
Lights Out
When shock and awe won't get the job done, maybe stealth is the answer. Survivor comes equipped with a convenient light control, which enables you to turn the lights on when you need then and off when you don't. If you've equipped Survivor with BitFenix Spectre™ LED fans, you can turn them off as well. After all, even warriors need to sleep eventually.
Enhanced Hardware Compatibility
In competition, you need every advantage you can get. That's why Survivor comes with a modular hard drive cage that can be easily removed to accommodate even the longest graphic cards - all of this while maintaining Survivor's compact dimensions. With Survivor, your rivals won't even know what hit them.
Friendly Installation
When the battle looms on the horizon, you want to spend as little time as possible getting your hardware up running. Featuring a motherboard CPU cooler cutout on the motherboard tray, specially-designed motherboard standoffs, intelligent internal cable management, and an almost completely tool-free design, Survivor means less time tinkering and more time fragging.

- Nice matte finish
- Handlebar makes it easier to carry
- I/O at the top
- The corners at the back need to be unscrewed before sliding out side panels.
- Unlike the many unboxing videos I watched, the side panels were actually quite difficult to remove. I had to pry with a screwdriver.
- Only comes with two 200 mm fans. There's room for a 120 mm fan at the back but it's not included.
I bought this $40 during the winter holidays. I used this as a part of my first PC build for gaming and everything fits spaciously.

High quality soft touch plastic coating. USB 3.0 header!!!!
Break a nail, Side Panels are Hard to take off!
Side panels are hard to take off, It comes with a removal tool the 2.5" adapters can help take off the Side panels. Case has a USB 3.0 header! Good case for $49.99, $4.99 shipping for entire order! Vary pleased with this case. Came with two Bitfenix 200mm Fans with front intake filtered fan! AC97 & HD Audio header. no rear fan, but there is a mount for a 92mm or 120mm fan.

good looks, good buttons and ports
side panels, side panels, side panels!
I regret buying this case as I do upgrade parts frequently im going to Dred opening this case again. to get the case sides off I almost had to break them and did bend them because I had to pry them open with a screwdriver no other option! its also made from poor quality metal with cheap thumb screws.....only upside to this case is the finish on the front and the ports and buttons work well. wire management is just ok on this case but the light/fan wires are all over the place...and the front panel has to come off to put in cd drives and the wire is so short it may break one day.................I would not recommend this case.

Great, sleek look. Handle. Great texture.
Side panels are on tight, difficult to get off.
The moment I saw this case I was in love. It's beautiful. I can't stop touching it, it's so soft. What's wrong with me?

Anyway, it looks great, the handle makes transportation easy. I don't mind needing to remove the back top and bottom curvy things in the back to get the panels off. However the panels themselves are a pain in the butt to remove. No handle or grove or anything to leverage them off. Seriously a pain.

Some may complain about the airflow, but I've had no issues with the two 200mm fans that blow in/out.

Overall, a very nice case as long as you don't need to constantly open up the side panels.

Nothing, it stinks, don't buy it, you have been warned
everything, terrible case, sides are a nightmare, feels cheap... garbage, garbage, looks ugly, clunky, cheap rubberized coating
purchased for a gaming pc and this is a Terrible case, terrible design, the sides of this case are a nightmare to remove, and even worse to put back on (had to damage the case to get off, the cheap plastic accent pieces that go on top and bottom of back are cheap and don't secure properly, very big and clunky case. stupid blue led light that doesn't look right on the case at all, one of my worst purchase on ncix. will be used as a child pc, because only a child will enjoy it. I honestly cant believe how much I hate looking at this blocky piece of junk. will replace this with a name brand case, that the company actually thought about how humans will use the case, fingers cant wedge in and get the sides off, you must pry them off (literally).

The interior is clean, the design is semi semi.
Not much time or effort put into the durability nor simplicity of the design.
The chassis is very difficult to install and remove the side panels, not sure about anyone else but I received mine damaged with a slight twist in the entire structure? Looks good, does the job.. overall, not impressed at all with 15+ years experience building high end rigs, supposedly a 110$ case? LOL! Go Antec!!!!

Awesome Case, Plenty of Room, Excellent cooling, Looks great, CAN Easily turn OFF any LEDs (Or cover, the one blue power indicator) And i feel really does protect my innards when on the go.
Handle is garbage, can only really utilize when just lifting up, or when Case is emptu
Awesome Case for the price, has all the bells and whistles i wanted, would def buy again!

Good looking, Red LEDS go well with the case, Included fans work quite well, Tool-less drive bays worked okay, Carrying handle isn't flimsy in the slightest; quite the opposite, the handle is very sturdy and very secure despite how it may look. The Bitfenix S2 is a neat addition.
The bright blue power LED is annoying. Very annoying. Side panels are a right pain to get on and off, mine might be warped but they wont go on fully without a lot of force. The tool-less drive bays are great, but they are way too close to the side panels.
I got it on sale, and it was worth the $80~ish I paid. Again, blue power LED, terrible side panels and the location of the tool-less drive bays are my main problems. I'm being forced to use a Molex to Sata Power to power one of my two drives, because there isn't enough room for the normal 2-4 Sata Power connectors on one cable here. With that said though, I would still buy it again, just order a couple of Sata Power extenders/Sata Power to Molex.

Internally the survivor has room for up to seven 3.5" hard drives or nine 2.5" hard drives and three 5.25" devices. To keep it all cool the Survivor co
