bought this recently for my own computer, after ordering most of the other blu ray drives for other people, by far one of the better ones with 3d and what not, not to mention fast burning time

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject

video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
