How do I become a Premier Partner?
Membership is $150 each year. Just place the Premier Partner product into your shopping cart (if it's the only item in your shopping cart, use Pick Up as the shipping method) and checkout. Premier Partner account activation takes 2 to 5 business days.
Premier Partner Terms and Conditions
NCIX.com will cover the cost of shipping back any merchandise only to NCIX.com (for RMA and warranty coverage) that is shipped by GROUND SERVICE, by the following common carriers: Canada Post, UPS, Fedex or Purolator. This offer does not cover shipping costs when shipping merchandise to manufacturers, distributors or authorized service depots for warranty service.
Most items on NCIX.com will have discounted Premier Partner pricing. Some lower volume items may not qualify for additional discounts.
Premier Partner purchases must be made on-line (for delivery or pick up) and Premier Partner pricing is only available when a member is logged in.
PP Pricing is only available to valid members. Disclosing PP Pricing to non-members may lead to a suspension of your membership at NCIX.com's discretion and a refund for the remainder of the membership may be issued by written request.

Great value when spending $3000 receiving free shipping. I've bought systems from NCIX for over ten years and enjoyed being a Premier Partner(pp). Premier Partnership completely paid for itself and more on my first purchase of around $3.5k.

This is usefully for frequent shoppers on NCIX. Especially useful for accessories like cables, spare parts, and numerous small items. PP is also good for when you don't have time to price match; you know you'll be getting a good deal.

I have been a Premier Partner on and off again for as long as the PP program has been in place and before that I was a wholesale buyer. I really have troubles "buying" the right to be a loyal, high-volume customer; most businesses appreciate when you spend vast sums of other people’s money in their stores. Most computer/electronics businesses have some room to dicker pricing so I find charging me $150 a year for ‘sales’ pricing feels insulting.
From the year's I've gotten this - it's more than paid for itself after 1 system build + a few incidental parts. Great value and a time saver (no more hunting for price matches).

The best discount for me with this is cables. If you need long cables or many of them including XLR and 1/4 25ft - 100ft you will definitely get your moneys worth with this. I go to cablestogo.com find the cable I'm looking for and put their part number in NCIX, this way of searching works much better then just using NCIX search.
A little confusing when you place the order. One of the shipping options is 'no shipping, activated online' while others are pick up on location. I would think option one is the right choice but the product page asks you to choose pickup at location.

at NCIX.com's discretion. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,
digital cameras (and accessories), opened software, printers,
printer supplies, paper, projectors (and accessories), appliances,
handhelds, PDAs, notebook computers, special order computers and
special order items.
Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software,
video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
